Superbe 2 Chambre Appartement Rez de Chaussé à Paphos

appartement de rez de chaussée de luxe qui est sans doute situé dans le meilleur emplacement sur le complexe et aussi bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de Paphos et du port pittoresque et à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Paphos. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et est entièrement meublé avec des meubles modernes, cuisine entièrement équipée et de la climatisation partout.

Chambre 1 a un lit double et armoires entièrement équipée, 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples et armoires entièrement équipée. Le salon dispose également d'un canapé-lit. Le patio surplombe la piscine et a table et chaises, barbecue et transats. Voyage Lit et chaise bébé aussi disponible. Il ya une place de stationnement privé à l'arrière de l'appartement.

Great apartment!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was spacious and had everything you need. The patio outside is an ideal sun trap and there are shops within a short walking distance.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment has everything you need well furnished clean and very comfortable with probably the best location on the complex as it gets the sun all day long. Only a short walk to the local shops bars and restaurants. The hosts are excellent and reply to any questions very quickly. We are already looking at flights for our next trip here.

Nice break!

Just returned home after spending a month in this very nice apartment. Had a small problem with the internet but a quick message to Shaun and the problem was solved. Convenient for The Farm Shop - about a 5 minute walk - where you can get everything you need. Another 5 minutes further on is Pambis - lovely food and some good entertainment. Only about a 15 minute walk into town.

Great position in Universal

This villa catches the sun all day. The two bedrooms at the back of the property are comfortable with air conditioning and are quiet dispite overlooking the carpark. The kitchen/ lounge area has the sun all day and unfortunately the airconditioning unit was totally broken of which the host was aware when we commenced our stay. This made the lounge unpleasantly hot even for October. We felt that the whole property needed an overhall and updating.. Kitchen equipment was very sparse and the frying pan along with the cooker hood not fit for putpose.

Great position on the complex

This is the best placed apartment on the complex, the patio is in full sun all day and only 5 paces to the pool. First impressions when entering the apartment was that it had been swept, mopped and dusted, nice dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas. Was let down by the rusty washing machine, broken door trays in the fridge, dirty oven, dirty toaster, dirty and smelly cutlery drawers. Is in need of a deep clean and update of the kitchen and bathroom. Location is approx 15 min stroll to the harbour, there are supermarkets within easy walking distance. Nearest restaurant is Pambis Diner which serves delicious food and drinks by very friendly, efficient staff.

Fabulous stay at Serena Sunrise

Our first stay in Europe as part of our long term travels. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation and its location. Clean, spacious, very staright forward finding our way around the kitchen, easy to use the appliances. We loved making the first brew of the morning and sitting out on the patio in the sun. Small grocery stores are just a short distance up the road and we very much liked Pambis Diner for the food and hospitality. The apartment location is only a walk to Kato (Lower) Paphos which is built around the harbor where Paphos Castle stands. There is a large supermarket in the Harbour area. We opted not to hire a car therefore walked and used the local bus service to Valley of the King's, Coral Beach, Agios Georgios Church, and even Limmasol. We met some friendly and helpful apartment owners who were on holiday. Shaun was always on hand to answer any queries. Would definately consider staying here again.

Nice break from cold polish winter :-)

Overall we have positive memories from this property. The flat is spacious, very good located, walking distance both from Paphos harbour and city centre, well equipped (washing machine, playstation, netflix, good WiFi and with (gas) heating option (which was important during chilly winter nights). However it looks much better on pictures then in reality, because both the flat itself and the equipment (pans, pots, sheets) are quite old, desperately needing refurbishment. Especially the bathroom needs renovation, I was OK with it but for female part of my family it was simply repellent (fungus between tiles, old and dirty shower curtain etc.) On the other hand I think the price was fair, considering all those drawbacks, so overall positive feedback. Shaun was very responsive and willing to quickly answer all questions. Thanks Shaun!

We are glad that you go away with positive memories of our apartment. We also appreciate your feedback with regards to certain items showing some signs or wear. We rely on customer feedback to be able to address such issues and have many customers that return year on year that notify us of things that may need to be replaced or rectified in order to resolve any issues or problems. Typically these items are replaced on a regular basis but with the the travel restrictions in place over the last couple of years we have not been able to attend the property as regularly as we would like. Family October getaway

Had the most wonderful time. Owner very helpful and provided all the info we required. Stunning fully equipped apartment with wifi, games console and plenty of English tv channels. Just steps from the beautiful pool. Ideally placed for supermarkets, harbour and shopping centre. plenty to do as a family with lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend! Spacious apartment, pool within 15 steps of apartment (be warned: Cyprus pools not heated!), particularly liked sun loungers right outside door. Well equipped, 10 mins walk to restaurants, 25 mins to Harbour kiosk. Couple of small supermarkets up the street, larger ones in town. Not far from main bus route north to Coral Bay etc. Recommended.

Well positioned, well equipped, clean apartment!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The complex is in a great position for walking to the harbour and the good bars and restaurants. This was our 5th stay at Sirena Sunrise so we obviously love it. The pool area is lovely, well kept and clean and we often had the pool to ourselves. My only negative observation is that the pool area needs some more umbrellas as there were only 5 useable sun umbrellas for all the apartments and some people were 'bagging' the umbrella for their whole stay even if they had no intention of using it!!! This did not affect us too much because of the position of this apartment but it is very annoying! This apartment is lovely- well equipped, comfortable and clean and we would definitely return.

Lovely pool-side apartment - perfect location!

We really enjoyed our week away at 32 Sirenna sunrise. It was a lovely, clean, spacious, pool-side apartment that offered total relaxation! The location was perfect - a 10/15 minute walk away from bar Paphos Harbour & a 20 minute bus ride away to coral bay. I would highly recommend this apartment and would defintely love to visit again next year! Thank you once again!
