POOL....POOL.... POOL!!!! Desirable Townhome, one and a half blocks from the beach on 50th Street. First floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. First bedroom one has a queen and the second is a larger bedroom with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa (Queen) and a large TV with a gaming system for family entertainment. 2nd Floor has “The Great Room” (living, dining room and kitchen) with sliders opening out to a covered deck. There is also an ensuite bedroom featuring a King-size bed. 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. One is the other ensuite with a King bed, and this one has a private furnished deck. The middle bedroom has 2 Twin beds while the last bedroom has 2 Queen beds. These 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The best amenity is a private pool with a beautiful waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy the beach during the day and relax by the pool at night. Call today for more info. Pool is 10' X18' Owner provides 10-beach tags and chairs (not guaranteed) No Bikes
