Jim is the absolute best! Very accommodating and attentive. His hospitality was by far the best we have experienced thus far. The house has everything you could think of from cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances, games, and so much more.

Great host! Very good communication, made sure everything was good throughout our stay, even helpful heads up about events in town. The kitchen is well stocked with everything I’d expect to have in my own kitchen and more. Very comfortable, like a home away from home.

This home was beautiful. Literally on the beach and the views were breathtaking. Everything was available and working. Super clean. Owner communicated everything I needed to know in before I was going to ask. When I am in town again I hope I can stay there. There were ten of us from great grandmother, wife, my children and grandchildren. More than enough beds and room to lounge. If we booked a hotel it would have cost us much more and been inconvenient to be together. “Million Dollar Beachfront Home AND VIEW” is true. We loved it.
Woke up to this.
Watched sunrise.
Enjoyed the beach during my the day.

Can’t beat the location and the views are breathtaking. Quiet end of town, which we loved. We had perfect weather & enjoyed the beach everyday. House was well stocked with incidentals and is a short drive to supermarket for anything needed. Jim was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great house. Jim addressed any MINOR issues we ha immediately. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever you may need. There is a wonderful coffee shop and ice cream shop within walking distance. Already booked my week for next summer!

This oceanfront home is perfect from every perspective. The location allows easy access to the beach, beautiful views of the ocean and convenient access to restaurants and activities. The house is modern, comfortable and so well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. It is clear that the owners take amazing care of this beautiful property.

Perfect Proximity

My family and I decided to go on a last-minute trip, and James was a lifesaver. When we arrived, we noticed that the house was in excellent condition. To our delight, it came with complimentary household items that every vacationer needs, sparing us the worry of forgetting or misplacing them. The proximity to the beach is a bonus, thanks to the elongated deck that overlooks the ocean. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Jim, for everything!

Property was well maintained and stocked with many extras for grilling and baking. Beach was outstanding. I would add some more comforts left seating on the deck/balcony. Perfect for a large family.

Beautiful

House was comfortable and clean. Well stocked and everything was labeled so you didn’t have to search all over. Jim was a great host answered all text within a few minutes. We had no issues with any thing (air conditioning etc). I would certainly rent again.

Family Beach Trip

Beautiful unit conveniently located next to the beach access. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee watching the sunrise each morning. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen so we were able to make breakfast two of the mornings we were there. Jim was very responsive when I’d reach out with questions. Thank you!

Shelter from the Storm

We arrived along with tropical storm Ophelia and found a clean and comfortable place to watch a storm affect the beach and Sea Isle City. Our view was fantastic- churning seas, high tides under a waxing moon and high winds too! The beach erosion was astounding but the area of the house was very safe. Along with the view the house afforded a fantastic kitchen to home cook and comfortable bedrooms for all. Jim was a very attentive host, checking in regularly and even offering tide charts and weather advisories. We may not have had the sun filled vacation we had hoped for but we saw a side of mother nature and the ocean that not many get to see. Thanks for an interesting and comfortable experience.

Million Dollar View is the best!

Million Dollar View really does have a million-dollar view. This hands down was the best ocean view anyone in the groups has ever had. All of the mattresses were comfortable. The home was extremely clean. Jim really made the vacation by suggesting the beach wheel chair. It made our trip so much more accesible for my mom. This house had every amenity you usually have to remember to bring. What an amazing touch! We were so impressed that I am copying a lot of their ideas at our VRBO. Amazing time, wonderful host!! Do not look any further, this place is perfect!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

About thirty years ago, we rented a BayFront townhouse to spend the summer at the shore with our kids, then 10 and 12. It was such a positive experience for the family that we decided to buy THAT townhouse. As the kids grew, their interests went from sailing and skiing to more 'beach time'. We then sold the townhouse and purchased the beachfront home. We chose the area because it was mostly owner occupied with property owners who took a great deal of pride and care of their homes and neighborhood. When the kids graduated college and moved away or got married, we used the home less and less. The area over the past 30 years, has not changed much - still mostly owner occupied and now grandchildren. Quiet ..only one bar...but a great one at this end of town.
