Amazing beachfront home featuring 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths, spacious living and dining areas with breathtaking ocean view and natural light, hardwood floors, granite countertops and a 4-stop elevator from ground level. Ocean side deck offers peaceful view of early sunrises and a second floor front deck provides spectacular sunsets. Quiet location with close proximity to shops and dining, and private access path to beach.

Top floor king master bedroom with full bath and corner deck facing ocean, with an additional twin bed. Second floor bedroom/study has bay view with queen Murphy Bed and adjacent full bath. Bottom floor has full bath with one queen room, middle room w/ 3 twin beds, and a master queen suite w/ private deck.

Guests are allowed full access to the entire home with ground level, encased garage for parking and outside storage.

Ground level area provides unique space with:
- two picnic tables.
- A gas grill
- two outdoor showers, and an enclosed toilet.
- essentials for the beach, including 7 beach chairs, umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for the kids!
- easy beach access
- beach tags provided.

The property was super - clean, comfortable and perfectly suited for a family gathering. Check-in and check-out were easy and the host was extremely responsive to questions. I would highly recommend!

Great family vacation

House was clean, organized and a match to the description. Proximity to beach made it very convenient for family. Views of ocean and bay were great. Chairs, towels and linens provided. Overall, a great place to spend a week in Sea Isle.

Great beach house

Home was perfect for our extended-family vacation. The elevator was a wonderful amenity for my senior-aged dad. Beach chairs & umbrella were also appreciated! Very responsive mgmt as well. Highly recommend this beachfront home.

Perfect extended family weekend

Our family weekend was enhanced by this lovely property. Twelve of us ranging in age from 4-70 were able to stretch out, enjoy family meals, playing on the beach and connecting to celebrate. The house was clean and equiped with anything we needed for our stay.

Picturesque!

Overall wonderful property. The views were great… both the ocean and bay! Coffee maker didn’t work and the door lock was wonky but very minor issues and did not diminish the experience. We’ll be back!

Fabulous Family Home

We gathered at this lovely, spacious home to spend time with our children, their spouses and 4 grandsons. The home has so many conveniences like 2 frigs, 2 DWs and little extras that make it relaxing. the linen bins in each room were so helpful. While it was raining, we were able to enjoy some crafting at the table under the house. The views are incredible on each side. We saw many dolphins, osprey, herons and other birds, and even a fox walking up the beach.

Returning Next Year!

We are first time renters. What better review can be given than to say we will be back again each year in the future for our family beach vacation. This is a lovely ocean front home with such easy access to the beach. You could not ask for a more gracious owner! We were so pleased with our entire experience. Wonderful home and host

This property was the gift that kept giving. We enjoyed sunrises from the back balcony and sunrises from the front balcony. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms very clean. Kitchen was exceptional with two refrigerators, two microwaves and dishwashers. Many kitchen utensils and everything you need to prepare a big meal. Beach chairs made our time on the beach comfortable. Would love to come back to this home. The host was wonderful and communicated very well.

What a view!

Absolutely awesome place to stay with family. Close to downtown areas. Close to market and restaurants galore. The property owner was super responsive to anything we needed or asked about. Property was clean as a whistle upon arrival. Only issue I can think of is we were not prepared to make the beds (sheets). NO BIG DEAL, just wasn't prepared for this upon arrival. Plenty of glassware, could use some better pans for cooking, but AGAIN, NO BIG DEAL! Already checking the calendar to see when we can make it back. Thanks!!

Awesome Vacation

Everything about this property was awesome! Joe and his wife (owners) could not be more accommodating. The location was great. We road our bikes every day, just 4 short blocks to the promenade. The master bedroom on the top floor was just beautiful. My friends called it the Taj Mahal! Beds were comfortable. Joe had tin foil, trash bags, tissues, lots of pots and pans, wine glasses, games, books. The view of sunset and sunrise was unexpected. Everything is in walking distance! We stayed for two weeks and I was in tears when we needed to go. We will be back sometime in the future. I’ve been vacationing at the Jersey Shore over 30 yrs and this house was my favorite!!!
