Come enjoy the beauty of Pointe Santo, the most immaculate and well groomed property on the island. Relax at this premier Sanibel complex. Soak up the sun at the pool and hot tub while the kids enjoy the shell crafts and nature walks at the on site children's activity program.

Our newly renovated condo is very well equipped to make your vacation completely enjoyable. The new kitchen has everything you could possible need including filtered water and an ice maker in the refrigerator, Cuisinart coffee maker, and pretty blue and white dishes. We try to put the best of everything in our condo to make our guests as comfortable as possible, so that there is nothing to think about except having a great vacation.

A recent renovation has produced a spectacular condo. Gorgeous Italian tile throughout, a Tuscan master bath with soaking tub and double sized glass enclosed shower. The beds are especially comfortable with custom linens. After a day of relaxing, the grills are waiting for you to barbecue a steak or fish fillet, then enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai while watching the sun set over the gulf. WiFi throughout the condo and the complex lets you check your e-mail at any time. There are TV's in the living room and bedrooms as well as DVD players.

Our condo is furnished with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, games, puzzles, DVDs, and a whole shelf of books. There are even beach towels, so you don't have to pack them. Just bring yourselves and your bathing suit and enjoy!

The Pointe Santo property is centrally located on Sanibel Island. It was very easy to find and it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo we stayed in was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The landscaping on the property is still in the process of being repaired due to the storm damage caused by Hurricane Ian. It is not as lush & green as one would anticipate, but now knowing how much damage was done, it is amazing how far the restoration has progressed.

Great progress on Sanibel

Wonderful work on restoring this unit after hurricane Ian. In my review answers I took the hurricane factor out. Wendy was tremendously accommodating throughout the stay!

Wonderful stay with accommodating host

Wendy’s home is beautiful and brand new after the renovations made post the hurricanes. We were the first guests to stay since the renovations and any issues were dealt with quickly. Wendy had exceptional communication and let us know ahead of time any delays with the contractors. We would definitely stay here again- would love to see the property once everything is finished :)

Ian hurricane destroyed island vacation.

Love this place

Beautiful place! Had great accommodations for our 1 year old. Easily fit a fam of 5! Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so great! Easy first floor walk out. All the updates are so perfect! Really close to bike paths that make it easy to travel! Complex was so well kept. Can’t express how amazing it was. I would definitely return here!

Great location

Over 60 girls trip to Sanibel to celebrate a birthday. Usually stay in a motel on Island but never again after renting this condo. Comfortable home away from home. It was a perfect set up for the 3 of us. Plenty of room, well stocked with house supplies. The setting was fabulous. Highly recommend

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful property on Sanibel. We felt like we were in a resort, and our host,Wendy, provides all that you need for a great week on a beautiful beach. There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. The condo is updated and well maintained. Very much appreciated the pantry cupboard filled with some kitchen essentials that saved us from having to purchase. The condo complex is clean and beautifully landscaped and manicured. Wendy was responsive and an easy host who kept in touch from day one. Highly recommend this fabulous condo!

great week at Sanibel

We stayed in condo with my parents, in their 80s. We cook most of our meals, and this condo has a great kitchen! The dining room is comfortable for meals, and living area and porch too. I love this condo for our stay for the week at Sanibel!

Fantastic stay

We had the most amazing week We are leaving relaxed and refreshed. Wendy was very attentive and the property is just lovely and extremely well equipped. My teenage sons had the best time in the waves , playing volleyball, corn hole toss and meeting some friends. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing by the gulf and looking for shells . We can’t wait to return to sanibel !

Wonderful location

Our family had a great time and the ground floor condo was very convenient to take our Grandchildren to the pool and beach. Wendy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. She is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cooking utensils and pots & pans. Pointe Santo has always been one of our favorite places to stay. The grounds are beautiful and the staff very helpful. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you. Cindy Tolley

Excellent accommodations

The unit was perfect leading eight out the door to the grounds. The unit was perfectly supplied for my guests and me. My elderly brother just loved watching the people and sitting on the lanai. The guests at Pointe Santos were very respectful of the complex and made the stay very accommodating. We will be staying again next year for 2 weeks. Carole jarich

Perfect getaway

We love visiting Sanibel: hiking, beach walks with incredible shells and of course the Ding Darling refuge. This property is close to stores, restaurants, the beach and the refuge. This condo was in great condition and very well stocked with everything you might need.

Peaceful gorgeous condo and setting

This was a most lovely condo in a peaceful setting for our vacation at the beach on sanibel. Close to stores, restaurants, very friendly neighbors, too. We loved the lagoon right outside our place. We needed nothing more. It was as a retreat, much needed.

We loved our week at B1! The condo is beautiful and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. It's about 125 steps to the beach and you can see it from the lanai, a perfect spot for morning coffee. Since we flew, it was especially nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and assorted gear available there. Wendy was communicative and easy to work with. We hope to return! It was our first trip to Sanibel Island and won't be our last.

A very enjoyable stay in beautiful Sanibel.

We enjoyed the condo very much. Very clean, kitchen was fully stocked and everything we needed was there. Beds very comfortable, plenty of storage. All beach chairs, towels, etc furnished. It was very nice and would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location!

This project and condo could not have been better located on the point of the island! Very enjoyable location and extremely convenient to all retail and dining. This the best shelling experience, on Sanibel Island, I have ever experienced. Everyday is a new, exciting experience, all provided by the lovely Gulf of Mexico. This was our first trip to Sanibel Island. We can't wait to return!!

We live in Albany, NY, so really enjoy escaping the winter and had a number of friends who frequented Sanibel. Once we visited, we were hooked and started looking at condos to buy. Pointe Santo seemed the perfect complex on the Island for us. After owning for 16 years, we feel we made a great decision. The management does a great job of keeping everything pristine.

We feel we were very lucky to have found a community that is well run and beautiful, with lots of nice people. I especially enjoy decorating the condo, and making it as nice as possible, for both our family and our guests.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Pointe Santo condos are much larger than other condos we had stayed in around the island. The grounds are particularly well kept and the beach is very close to the buildings, with no sand dune or boardwalk area between. We love the pool and the hot tub, and have really enjoyed being on the ground floor for such easy access to the grills, the clubhouse and the beach.
