Our condo has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen, new 4k smart TV's, dedicated highspeed internet, beach chairs and towels, pool, hot tub, kids program, tennis and pickleball courts, plus world famous shelling!

A truly beautiful rental!We came to the area with another couple and the condo was fantastic. We enjoyed the large well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of everything and the helpful guidebook left by the hosts. Clearly a special place for the owners and we feel lucky that they shared their home with us for the week!

Beautiful condo! Plenty of room for my family of 4 that includes 2 adult children. It has everything we needed for a fabulous time. Brand new pool and probably the best beach I have stayed on. The owner could not have been nicer. I would recommend!

This is a beautiful, clean and roomy condo. It is beautifully decorated and you can tell that it is well taken care of, and up to date. We can always tell the difference when staying in someone’s home as opposed to a time share or hotel. This condo feels like home. The location is also great as you are only a few miles from anywhere on the island. Everything you could possibly need is there. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. David was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly. We hope to go back!

Absolutely amazing! We have only ever stayed at Pointe Santo in Sanibel. This unit was stunning with a beautiful view. The unit was exactly as described, clean and felt like home. Added bonus, there were beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board and some sand toys. Dave was amazing and attentive to us. Communicated very well with us and even checked in with me after we arrived to make sure we had made it in. Absolutely an amazing experience. Can’t go wrong with this unit. Best of all, shells are still to be found at Pointe Santo!

Awesome View

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. We plan to stay again sometime in the future. The view was awesome, and we loved the rooftop deck in addition to the screened-in balcony. Everything we needed for the week was provided. The only thing extra that we bought was a beach umbrella, which we left for the next visitors. There are tiki-type "umbrella" coverings on the beach, but not many, and if you're staying for any length of time, it's better to invest in a cheap one from the local beach store. The property was immaculate. There was construction going on near the pool, but they were not loud and never started early in the morning, and never stayed late in the day. Overall, the property was fantastic and the owners were great to work with!!!!

This was a beautiful vacation! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We had everything we needed to cook and make yummy snacks. The view was so nice. I could see the pool and the beach from the balcony. The morning on the balcony was so peaceful. The communication with Dave was wonderful. He responded right away to any questions. Kimberly in the office went above and beyond to find an air pump for a deflated football. We can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! 🩷

Equally as important, we have been renting our condo for 45+ years so that others can experience the endless sun and seashell filled beaches of Sanibel Island.

Pointe Santo is ideally located mid island - making any outing just a quick drive, bike, or walk. Sanibel Island has over 26 miles of bike paths, stretching from the Lighthouse Beach Park on the eastern end, to the Blind Pass Bridge on the western end.
