Hello Sandra, We thank you for having stayed in our apartment where you were ideally able to explore the city of Aix. Regarding the arrival at the apartment, we regularly offer our travelers an access plan from the car park to the apartment in order to reach our street without problem. We are sorry to hear that you have confused the second floor “Apartment Olive” and the first floor “Apartment Lavender”. Regarding the laundry, it is stipulated that we ask for a supplement of 50 € for the use of the sofa bed as a second bed for the laundry (waterproof mattress protector to protect the bedding, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, under-pillowcase , pillowcase) without forgetting washing and ironing.
