Lovely updated Palm Desert home located in Desert Falls Gated Community. Single story three bedroom home has its own private salt water pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi with large backyard and central air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, primary bedroom with a king size bed, 2 other bedrooms with 2 queen beds. There is also small office off the garage with a blow up queen mattress for additional 2 guests, if needed, The small office is air conditioned as well. Backyard has a gas barbecue, lounge furniture, fire pit and 8 person outdoor dining table. All furnishings, linens and towels are provided. Additional 2nd refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are provided. Pool floats and 4 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas and 4 outdoor chairs are included for guests.
Desert Falls Golf Course is a public course and available for guest purchase. Tennis courts, Pickle Ball and racquetball courts are also available with reservations. Guests may use the Desert Falls Fitness Center equipped with weight room, stationary bikes and treadmills upon request.

Cable and Wifi internet are provided for free. Home includes TV in family room, Outdoor TV and 3 additional TV's in each bedroom,
