Find a comfortable, contemporary gem in a desirable neighborhood of Palm Desert at this three-bedroom home, where you'll be treated to beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a luxurious pool and spa in the backyard, and a generous shaded patio that's perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Inside, you'll find porcelain tile flooring, a remodeled kitchen with upgraded appliances and quartz countertops, and a dining nook overlooking the pool. Spend your days swimming and soaking up the sun, and retreat each evening to spacious bedrooms - including a master with an expansive walk-in closet and a refinished bathroom.

What's nearby:
This home is located just over a mile north of El Paseo, the famous stretch of downtown Palm Desert known for its art galleries, shops, and excellent restaurants. You'll be surrounded by world class golf courses, including the semi-private Shadow Mountain Golf Club (two miles south) and the public Palm Desert Country Club (four miles east), and five miles west of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the site of the annual Indian Wells Masters/BNP Paribas Open. One of the area's most special attractions, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, is only three miles south as well.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Winter Escape

We had a great 6 weeks in Palm Desert! House was as described, nice layout, great spots for hanging out and relaxing. Enjoyed the the nice weather by the pool and appreciated the fast WiFi as we were all working remotely during our stay.

Centrally Located Quiet Oasis The house was perfect...fully equipped with nice glassware, china, cutlery, linens, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, and paper goods. It was just the right size inside and had a large, glorious outdoor space that included a pool and spa and fire pit. We were so happy with the location...central to all our needs...and so pleased with the quiet neighborhood.

Palm Desert family fun

Loved the house and pool. Our children and grandchildren visited and we had everything we needed. Yard was private. The house was small but efficient. We had everything we needed. Close to parks, stores, markets. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

This was a nice house to stay in. It was clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative was whoever stayed there before us had a large dog that must have stayed a couple of weeks and they never picked up the poop. Lotsa poop in the back yard! We pick up after our dog each day. We would look forward to going back.

Palm Desert Escape

The location was nice; not a fancy neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size. A few quality floatation devices would have been appreciated . It would have been nice to have two bikes . No one was interested in riding alone.The yard was neat, but it lacked any significant landscaping. The living room needs at least two more easy chairs. The was not seating for six. Two of us sat on counter stools or on the floor. My wife found the bed linens worn and drab; and her expectations for both were much higher than what was actually provided. We each would have preferred a Keurig Coffee maker since we wanted individual cups of coffee rather than having to make a pot full. The house was clean and neat overall. We had a terrific month. Thank you.
