CALENDAR IS UP TO DATE. 3 bedrooms with king, king and twins. 3.5 baths. Great news!! Airport code GGT. Our villa will allow for 3 couples to have separate and private sleeping/bathing accommodations. On the first floor is living and dining space. A laundry closet houses the washer and dryer. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare a delicious feast, including a wine cooler! The formal dining area seats eight. The floors are travertine/hardwood and the designer furnishings have an island flair. On the second level there are two bedrooms with full private baths. Each one has French doors that open to a covered deck. The master suite is located on the spacious top floor. Minn's boat rentals are nearby for your convenience. February Point is a gated community with private beaches and community pool. Come have the vacation of a lifetime!

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Nicevilla within February Point. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house had everything we needed. Convenient location to access everything on the island. Loved being able to have a boat overnight at the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay with beautiful views

Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and requests we did have.

Great view

Great communication with the owner and hosts. Very smooth check in and check out process. Beautiful view of the marina kitchen wall is well stocked. Able to accommodate two families with young kids.

Perfect location

We loved the close proximity to town and being able to explore the island but also have a great pool and beach for the days we needed to rest from a more active day. Very responsive owner and house manager and the kitchen was well stocked unexpected extras as well as all we needed to cook meals. Would definitely stay there again.

"Nice Villa" an understatement!

Had a fantastic holiday at Nice Villa, house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. This is my fourth year at February Point and this villa is by far the nicest. The Manager of the property is lovely too, so all in all made for a great relaxing holiday at this special place.

Great place

This is the nicest of the rentals at February Point. This one is kept up and everything works. I have stayed in or viewed the others and they are not maintained like this one. Great hosts that leave their phone contact if you need anything and were very helpful.

Great spring break!

Nicevilla was amazing!! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. February Point is the best, centrally located property and can’t recommend it enough. It was so nice having the dock, so we could rent a boat and keep overnight. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Sasha and Samantha were also great to work with on house and grocery needs! We had the best time and hope to return soon.

Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time at Nice Villa! It was a much needed break. The villa is beautiful and has the most incredible views from every floor. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the pool and restaurant in Feb point. Thanks again for a lovely stay! We will be back! :)

Beautiful home in Paradise

Seamless booking. Check in was smooth and non contact. Everything was beautiful and described accurately. Home was clean and updated. The location was absolutely perfect, gated community near Georgetown. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. We’re already planning out next visit.

The place to Stay in Georgetown

My wife and I have been to Great Exuma many times. we know the island pretty well. we wanted to have a boat at our dock and so we looked for a house with exactly that. we found exactly what we wanted and needed. i can tell you we now have our new go to property. spectacular location, views, property layout, and the management could not have been more attentive yet invisible when you don't need anything. we got up every morning, hopped on the boat with some new bags of ice and explored new beaches and sand bars every day. Thanks to Jim and his team. we will certainly see you in about six months.

Spacious, comfortable, good location.

Beach club was nice and food was good. Nice beach right below beach club. Room for 6 people to sleep comfortablely but can accommodate 8 with air mattress. Beds were very comfortable and views from all rooms are beautiful with balconies to sit and relax on two floors. Minor note: dryer screen needs to be changed. White clothes were discolored due to rust. Fitness gym needs maintenance. A must do is 4 C's Adventure. The day trip was the highlight of our trip!

Absolutely Loved NiceVilla!

We had a fabulous two weeks at Nice Villa. We had friends with us the first week and they definitely will be back. It is so nice to have the three ensuite bedrooms/baths, so everyone had their own space. Family with us the second week and additional family rented another villa. Nice Villa was very well stocked for kitchen supplies for preparing all meals. The villa was spotless when we arrived, plenty of towels, beach towels and the beds were very comfortable. The open living and dining room area was great for gathering. The views are absolutely spectacular from every window in the villa. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles from the dock and the occasional shark! Just a short walk to the pool and Rusty Anchor Restaurant that has the best conch fritters. We rented a boat from Minn's for a few days and visited all of the great spots. The guys had a great time fishing off the islands we visited. This is our 6th visit to Exuma and our second staying at FB. We will definitely be back!

Amazing week at Nicevilla!

We just returned from a week stay with family at Nicevilla. This was out first trip to Exuma and it did not disappoint. We love being on the water exploring islands, beaches, reefs and sandbars, and the Exumas are a prime spot it. The villa was the perfect set up with an open floorplan on the first floor for gathering, large porch overlooking the water and small marina, and bedrooms (each with private baths) on the second and third floor. The third floor with private master was huge and had a spacious bathroom and private balcony overlooking the water. The property was well equipped and the kitchen well stocked for preparing meals. We rented a boat for the week, so the dock was a key piece to our trip. The dock was also a gathering place for turtles, and the occasional nurse shark. Our kids had a blast swimming with the turtles off the back of the boat, and by the end of the week had names for all the turtles! The property is in a great location as well--we were a 5 minute drive to the grocery/liquor store and other restaurants in shops in Georgetown. The villa was a minute walk to the pool/beach club and we enjoyed several meals at the Rusty Anchor. The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions when we booked and as we prepared for the trip. We also had a local contact that provide recommendations on restaurants, caterers, and tour guides. Thanks for an amazing week!

Exactly as described! February Point is awesome and having your own dock is key! Kitchen is very very well stocked! AC works great and the water cooler is nice! Grill was very nice ! Only thing I’d say is it needs new linens, pillows and towels, they are getting worn. Upstairs twin bedroom shower head isn’t working. We would definitely stay here again , it was a great week !

Turtles!

We loved our stay at NiceVilla. The house is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more.The best parts for us were the 3 different balconies, marina and the sea turtles that came by every day when we returned on our rented boat.I would definitely recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back.

We have been coming to Exuma since 2005. It is the most beautiful place we have been. We always come back relaxed and refreshed. The people on this Island are wonderful, it is not over crowded (except Regatta week in April). Go ahead and book so you can experience it for your self. We will provide you all of our knowledge once you book.

Why they chose this property

It has views you will not want to miss. Dock to load and unload for the day or keep overnight if the rental company allows that (check with Jim on size allowed). Centrally located in Elizabeth Harbor so if it is windy you can still get out on the water. Close to Georgetown for groceries, liquor stores and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Having a dock for overnight boat rental is HUGE! The views at the house are amazing...out on the water can not be described or understood from pictures! Perfect for 3 couples or family vacay!

No hustle or bustle... very nice people all around.
