glad you enjoyed the best part of my home is the design of pod style and also the location it cannot be beat right on tar bay on 4.1 acres many sit so close to the raod lmost zero lot line my home is NOT that it is amzing

My location and 4.1 acres are very unique most homes sit on a 1/4 acre if your lucky or less

I am not sure why they would leave a horrible review like this and so untrue I supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom so I know this is not true also I have 15 beach towels the concierge puts out in a basket in the main room maybe they did not see them but again I never heard at all from the guest. Not about anything at all if it were really this bad why not reach out to me to fix these very small issues to have you locate the towels and toilet paper if you could not find it under the sink. it is summer and warm you need to bring flip flops for sure of course you cannot walk on with bare feet when it is 90 degrees out that is an unrealistic comment. I do agree with the guest it is dangerous to walk on wood decking without flip flops if it is 90 degrees as well as the fake grass and deck by pool Also all the deck furniture by the pool is less than 6 months old so not sure why he thought it was old. I have two loungers by the pool and 4 other deck adirondack chairs with tables and foot loungers again all 6 months or less old. TV is an internet TV so not sure what you need to figure out there but again I never got a call. You use your subscriptions to sign in to watch TV just like at home with the internet that he did state work great. I have a very nice gas stove for guest use and brand new small oven for quick meals and TWO microwaves so not sure why it was not appropriate all work just fine and so does the fridge and dishwasher If you wish daily cleaning that can be arranged if you dont want to clean but it does say that no cleaning during your stay is provided. So if things get dirty during your stay you need to clean Well this house is older it is very well maintained you can rent a brand new home for sure it will be not be on the property this one is and will cost you 4 times at much at least it is all about what you want to pay for as everything is I love my home and maintain it will and do not take kindly to people who lie about it too bad but take a look at all my amazing reviews and make your decision and also pricing mine is very good I get roughly five hundred a night for my home plus VRBO or other booking site charges plus VAT taxes non holiday you will pay over $2000 for a "newer" home if that is what you want I do not advertize as a brand new home. What you do get is a full time concierge, a well maintained home, with everything working, an amazing beach, clear blue water, peace and quiet on 4.1 acres no road noise. So what do you go on vacation for to watch TV? and sit in a house. Or do you go to enjoy an amazing beach clear blue waters on a tranquil property in paradise. Please see my otheramazing reviews

yes great location and not like many units this home of mine is on 4.1 acres so off the road yet still so convenient to town and the airport many units in this location are too close to the road you do not hear road noises from the property

Yes the beach is amazing to see my drone footage go to utube and type in seascape tar bay exuma bahamas you will see a few drone videos of the beach

yes pool is great newly redone with a deck and all new furniture plus optional hot tub as well

I try to provode the items you may need umbrellas and beach chairs are just a few Also the 4.1 acres of provacy give the house a uniqueness like none if thw ithers set dorectly on the road (queens hoghway) some properties a only feet away feom others you dont come to exuma to be feet away feom another house mine is not like that on my 4.1 private acres im The last one on tar bay beach that has beach in frint of the home

glad you enjoyed the set up of the home is very nice for persons who like to sleep in and others who do not so you are not bothering the sleep in guests or early risers It is very private as far as the location but 10 min to town and 10 min to the airport so also very convenient

yes new pool surface as of 11/1/2022 during the early summer and fall the high tide about 2-3 hours a day comes up so not as much sand left but when it goes out there is plenty like any tide at the ocean

Guest broke a carafe for the coffee maker. I assume this is some sort of a retaliatory measure here but there are plenty of beach chairs available not sure what black rings they are speaking about no toilet issues. The ac stopped working and I keep extras in stock in my garage so was immediately repaired. The house is not dirty or poorly maintained when an ac goes it is mechanical and I fixed it immediately the house is on the ocean and things break from salt and sand but they were fixed within 3 hours. Oven does work you must have the burner on for it to work Nemiah explains that when he walks you around the place it is gas for the oven not electric so maybe the guest does not have gas at home and is confused but it does work. Any questions Nemiah is quick to respond or call me I never got a call from This guest about any issues during their stay and if you have issues you need to let me know otherwise I cannot correct. These small issues could have easily been corrected if you did not know how to use a gas stove or did not have enough chairs for the beach. I. Summary of the guest does not ask I cannot k ow of the issues.

yes I tell everyone if they are not "campers" get the generator option it is well worth it if you want consistent electric that goes on 6 seconds after the power goes out

well I guess you get a horrible guest once and a while if you dont want to use the spices then dont I do not advertise they are there guests leave them I throw them out sometimes but really one star??? First let me say that the guest called me the first night extremely upset the fridge was not cooling I asked her did you put a ton of warm stuff in it and she said no so I incurred $300 charge to send a technician out the next day and guess what it was working I am sorry but he was again a horrible guest there are no holes in the ceiling have no idea what she is speaking about getting to the beach is fine I added one more stair so that it is a 7 in step to the sand currently but sand does come in and go out that is the only part of her review that is true There is no broken railings that is the property next to me not my stairs she want down the incorrect stairs I have concrete steps to the water. There is no overgrown brush I have no idea again what she is speaking about I spend myself alot of time in the yard with my handyman and caretaker read the other reviews and see this woman is crazy....

Pictures cannot do this place justice As a pilot I have been all over the world and I have never seen water like this anywhere else. The 4.1 acres make it so private versus other properties on tar bay the pod style is definitely a benefit and yes ALL bedrooms pods have indoor and outdoor showers. Hope you guys can become repeat guests as I have so many that return or recommend to others.

The pool has been resurfaced so no more issues the roots from a tree cracked it and the tree is gone and a different surface has been applied so not more nice italian glass tiles just a regular concrete pool surface the stairs are no issues there is only the last part (one stair) off so about 6 inch drop to the sand so about one stair there is a natural rock formation for that one step or just simply use the stairs to the other side of the property those are ours as well wood stairs with railings but they also have a 6 inch gap to the sand you just cannot put steps all the way to the sand This has never been an issue prior but it seems the last two persons have had issue with it on VRBO my guests on other sites have not had issues with it. As far as teh kitchen there is a large stainless sink about two years old the fridge is also about 3 years old and the gas stove is also two years old the dishwasher was replaced 4 years ago they are all white no rust or anything like that the kitchen counters are a nice blue granite and were replaced 4 years ago as well at that time we opened up the kitchen to living room to make it an open concept the tiles are ceramic and no issues no cracks look fine so I am not sure on the kitchen comment
