Beautiful house, the pool is beautiful, very clean and very well maintained

On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning, a kitchen with all necessary utensils, including dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle .
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning), a bedroom with two single beds, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
CasasMontseny is a property surrounded by a garden with private swimming pool only for 2 houses, located in the village of Arbúcies. A very quiet area, ideal to spend a holiday in the mountains and to know the NATURAL PARK OF THE MONTSENY, where there are roads to make on foot and by bike. The entrance to the park is 2 minutes from this house.
Arbúcies is a very well connected village across the Highway and Eix Transverssal de Catalunya (C-25)), located at:
- 45Km from Girona.
- 75 Kms from Barcelona.
- 15 kms to the nearest station (RENFE): Hostalric or Breda.
- 30km. Of the Costa Brava.
In the environment there are 3 large spa's:
1.-La Font Bella spa at 12 kms.
2.-The Magma Lúdico-thermal spa of St. Coloma de Farnés to 23 kms.
3.-The Vichi Catalan spa at 34 kms.
