This large studio with views of the ocean and the swimming pool of the Atlantic Park, 100m from the beach, close to shops and amenities + its large 3X weekly market is located in Seignosse-le-Penon, in The south of the Landes, 5kms from Hossegor and Capbreton, near Dax - 30 kms approximately - and the French and Spanish Basque Country, Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet at 30 kms, Donastia. San Sebastian 1 hour drive.
It consists of a
KITCHEN equipped: induction hob / extractor hood / combi
Microwave / fridge / coffee maker / toaster, high-chair with 2 high chairs
+ 2 stools overlooking
LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa bed with storage box, table side
Bass, flat screen TV 81 cms, dishwasher.
Large west side window with views of dune, ocean and pool

Séjour "décoiffant" (tempête!) dans un appartement refait à neuf et bien équipé
Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables à Seignosse, dans l'appartement d'Isabelle, dont l'accueil est chaleureux.
(Peut-être faut-il quand même signaler que l'accès à la chambre sur la mezzanine par l'échelle n'est pas forcément facile pour tout le monde ?)
Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans le coin, selon la saison.
