Trapper Cabin - 1 Night Min - No Cleaning Fee

The Trapper Cabin is a log cabin and very charming! If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the town of West, this is it.
The cabin is suitable for 2 guests: It has 2 rooms, the bedroom with 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and the bathroom with a shower, sink and an under the counter refrigerator/freezer as well as a coffee maker.

Coffee and tea are provided along with cups and paper products. All linens provided.
There is a covered porch with 2 Adirondack chairs for comfortable outdoor seating.

The Trapper Cabin does not have a kitchen or a hot plate.

Complimentary daily coffee, latte's and ice cream for our guests at Espresso West Bake Shop located just next door to the Trapper Cabin (Open June 1st through Labor Day each year)..
Parking located in front of cabin and is off street.

This is a great deal for anyone looking for inexpensive accommodations in West Yellowstone.

The cabin was great for getting back and forth into Yellowstone, comfortable beds, hot showers. There is no where to cook so be aware bring a grill.

Overall, it was fine. The cabin looked great, was in a quiet location, and had a cool western vibe. The amenities were also well thought out by the host. My only real issue was that there was no AC and the cabin got quite hot and took a long time to cool down at night with all of the windows and front door open. Other minor gripes involve the lighting and the bed location. It was a bit dim and there is no light over the mirror in the bathroom. Also, the door curtain perfectly lets the outside light shine in right by your face in bed. Luckily, I had a sleep mask, so it wasn’t an issue. My husband however, found it very distracting.

Yes we are having quite a hot summer including the 90° days you were there! The cabin is advertised with no air conditioning. I’m not sure what light was keeping you up at night or shining through the blinds…we don’t have any outdoor lights except for the porch light on the cabin. Glad you enjoyed the cabin otherwise and thanks for staying with us. I was able to pick up the ceramic pieces of the Big Sky Carver coffee mug your husband dropped and broke. Thank you for offering to replace it but they are not made anymore. Safe travels! Billie

This was a cozy, quiet place right outside of downtown to stay at. Cabin was very clean and featured rustic decor. Free coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches for cabin guests is served next door at Miss Billie's Bake Shop, which was excellent. Really enjoyed my stay!

A perfect cabin for two!

The VRBO was in an excellent location with a sweet coffee shop right next door with friendly staff. The VBRO was perfect for my daughter and me. This was our first time in West Yellowstone and the ease of checking in/out made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here!
