Studio for 2 persons maximum of 17 m2 on the ground floor of a small residence of 4 apartments and 4 studios in front of sea of ​​South Canet.
This studio is located on the back side of the building.
It does not have a sea view but you are crossing the garden and you are on the beach. Shaded side in the morning and sunny in the afternoon.

Possibility to rent also 1 or 2 apartment F2 of the same building.

Independent individual entrance.
Private parking space in front of the door (rate! view the photo ).

Petit studio coquet pour vacances au top !

Ma compagne et moi avons séjourné 2 semaines dans le studio au mois d'aout. Ce n'est pas neuf mais rénové et propre, le mobilier lui est quasi neuf. Il est situé à 2,5 secondes du front de mer, il faut juste faire le tour du bâtiment. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et arrangeants s'ils le peuvent. L'appartement est situé face à un petit hôtel tranquille, dans une rue plutôt tranquille elle aussi et surtout possède une place de parking, çà fait la différence car c'est presque impossible de se garer à Canet pendant l'été. Aucunes mauvaises surprises nous concernant, je le recommande sans hésitation.

Je retourne les compliments car louer à un jeune couple comme eux fut un plaisir. Aucun soucis, échanges très amicaux. Le parking privatif devant la porte est en effet un privilège à Canet, surtout au front de mer sud. Je confirme que vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés à Quentin et son amie, difficile de trouver plus sympa. J'espère que leur séjour à Canet se renouvellera, dans notre studio ou notre F2 du front de mer. À bientôt

Appartement très bien situé (plages, commerces, ...), très fonctionnel, accueil très chaleureux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé à quelques pas de la plage. Il possède tout le nécessaire et il est très fonctionnel. Il dispose d’un parking, ce qui peut être pratique, mais n’ayant pas de voiture nous l’avons utilisé comme terrasse pour manger et c’était très agréable. Vous n’avez qu’à traverser la rue en maillot de bain pour vous baigner. Il y a deux épiceries pas très loin et de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont des gens adorables qui prennent de leur temps pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Je recommande donc vivement cette location !

Peut on avoir des locataires plus aimables, sympas ? Je ne crois pas ! Julien et son amie sont les vacanciers parfait.s Vous pouvez leur louer votre bien sans crainte. Transaction par Abritel sans aucuns soucis, stricte respect des délais, de l'arrivées et du départ. Nous les avons réellement appréciés. Ils seront les bienvenus dans nos locations de Canet Plage front de mer.
