We had a great relaxing time in this home. Has a nice spacious kitchen, the couch was great for all of us to sit around playing games and enjoying the fireplace. The beds were all very comfortable. The home was walking distance to the downtown area and the bus stop to take to ski areas and Aspen. We definitely would stay again!

What a great location! Pat has a lovely home, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. Location, location, location! It was an easy drive to Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Highlands. The bus was also very convenient if you wanted to head into Aspen for a day of shopping. That said, shopping in Willet was wonderful too—plenty of great restaurants and retail options to choose from.The home was quaint and very clean, and we truly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thank you, Pat!

This property is in a great location, it was clean and plenty roomy. It’s a nice place to stay and was accommodating to my 2 dogs when they would come to visit with my wife. Overall very satisfied and would rent again and Pat was great.

Great Property

Great location in the Willets The house is located across the street from Whole Foods, retail shops, restaurants, bike shops, etc. Easy access to bikes trails, as well as many hiking trails. The home is lovely and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our host, Pat was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to rebooking this property sometime this summer

Location, location, location!

The property is located close to the Willits business/shopping/restaurant area which is super convenient. It also is close to the Rio Grande bike path so you can bike directly from the house (no loading & unloading bikes on the car!) The house is deceiving from the outside. Once inside you will find a beautifully decorated home in every room! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen provides everything you need for preparing food.The fenced in backyard is ideal for letting a pup or two romp. We enjoyed our month long stay and would rent again (that’s the best endorsement, right?)

Nice spot near Basalt

After some initial confusion over the front door code, the house was comfortable and clean. Everything necessary for the stay was in place, and the host was very responsive when we had trouble getting in upon arrival.

Basalt home

Home is very clean and well kept and the location couldn’t be better. Family really enjoyed our stay and being able to walk to all the essentials, restaurants, shops and grocery stores is awesome. Area has close by parks if you want to walk your dog, as the home is pet friendly. Would stay again and that says it all.

Lovely Summer Mother/Daughter Time

Truly enjoyed our 4 nights in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath equipped with everything you’ll need. Easy access to Aspen, Snowmass, Maroon Bells and tons of hiking options. Restaurants, Starbucks and Whole Foods a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Great rental, great location!

I have rented this wonderful property several times now. It is everything I need and the location can't be beat. Close to amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, Rio Grande Trail and more. I highly recommend this rental.

A wonderful rental!

This is a wonderful home situated in a great location convenient to everything one might need. Groceries, shopping, restaurants and more. It is the 3rd or 4th time I have rented here and I've extended my stay because it is such a great fit for me and my dog.

Great little house

This was our first time to stay in Basalt. We had a great trip. The house is within walking distance to Whole Foods and the shopping center across the street. The owner provided dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. which was very helpful. I asked if the coffee maker was by chance a Keurig. The owner said no, but she ordered one! What amazing customer service. Pat really wants the guests to have a wonderful stay.

Wonderful rental!

I love this rental and it's superb location close to grocery stores and shops. I will be renting it again. The owner is conscientious and goes out of the way to insure a good stay. It is clean and very comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

I loved my time at this rental. The house is well-located and close to lots of amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc.) and is peaceful and comfortable. I will rent it again!

Great place to stay in Basalt

Had a great experience staying here. Especially liked the location for convenience of walking to restaurants/stores, and a less than 30 minute drive to either Aspen or Glenwood springs. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and an exceptional kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean with nice showers. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was clean and really convenient to a new little town center.

Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants literally across the street. Back yard was nice. The bed I was in was a little squishy and the sheets were weird feeling like rayon as opposed to crisp cotton but I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for skiing

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Note that it is not a 3 bedroom - there are 2 bedrooms and pull out options. Short drive to Aspen mountains and just across the street from grocery stores/shopping.
