• Atlantic Overlook is a cozy gem— compact and efficient with a private oceanfront balcony. We’re located just one mile from Main Street, Daytona Beach Pier, The Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk shops and restaurants. • Queen bed and fold-out sleeper sofa. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Premium 100% cotton bed and bath linens. Studio kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and countertop oven. • Both pools are open and heated during winter. Our huge oceanfront pool deck sports all new furniture and four charcoal grills. • Gym, Laundry Room, and Restaurant serving cocktails on property. We offer free on-site parking and covered motorcycle parking during events.

Sensational Sunrise

We are SWFL residents and stayed here as a base to visit St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center. We wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the beach. The homey touches in the unit made us comfortable. Everything you need was provided. We will definitely be back

Daytona 3 day stay

We spent some time at the beach and toured the speedway - I am not a race fan but I highly recommend this tour. We visited the lighthouse and took a day trip to St Augustine about an hour away. Samantha’s place was welcoming and clean with lots of nice extra touches like snacks and toiletries available. The view of the sunrise was spectacular and the beach access was right at the bottom of the stairs from the front door and perfectly viewed from the back door. Breakfast at Adam and Eggs was delicious.
