Our stay at this house in Sebastopol was perfect! We had wine tours scheduled for 2 days with Randall's wine tours and he was impressed with us finding this hidden gem. It was the perfect location to hit some beautiful vineyards in Russian River and Sonoma. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the hot tub and made delicious steaks on the grill. Plenty of space to sit around and chat and drink wine in the evenings. The beds were super comfy with nice sheets and blankets and pillows. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family!

We loved it! The house is off the beaten path - a real plus for us! The farthest winery was just under an hour from us, and we worked our way back to the house as the day went on (we are WNC wine retailers, so it was a packed schedule to taste the new vintages and offerings.) The sunrises are beautiful, even better than expected. The full kitchen allowed us to save lots on meals, and the hot tub was a nice option after a full day of wine tasting. Highly recommend!

The home was very cute and remote which gave the entire stay a great feeling of peace. Check in was easy and house was stocked with enough items to live in comfortably for the few days.

Overall, we did love this place and would recommend it to others. There were four in our party and the two separate bedrooms with king size beds were definitely great for privacy. It could use new firmer mattresses, but that was our opionion and maybe others don't feel this way. Part of our party did love the hot tub and thoroughly enjoyed it. We did not cook while there and the kitchen was very adequate for our needs. We love the Sonoma area and this house kept us within a reasonable distance of the wineries and was in a quiet area with a nice deck and view.

Lovely home for a weekend getaway. The view is spectacular, quiet neighborhood and very well stocked kitchen. Seamless experience with using the hot tub and grill. The home was perfect for two couples (the master bedroom is significantly larger than the other). Plenty of hangers and the robes were a great perk. Highly recommend!

The property is located in a beautiful part of Sonoma county, minutes from the Russian River and Sebastopol, and 30 minutes to the ocean. The house is in good shape and has an expansive deck that includes a hot tub and a grill. We enjoyed it very much. We also enjoyed watching the local fauna and flora, and picking blackberries and plums. The deck and deck furniture could have used a good hosing off. We would have liked having maintenance activities (i.e. weed whacking, deck repair) to have been completed before our arrival. We also were concerned for the safety of numerous statues and vases around the house. The primary bedroom has a king bed, but we found the memory foam mattress to be uncomfortable (others may enjoy this mattress.) Communication with the owner and representative was excellent. We stayed at the property for 12 nights and would definitely consider a return.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and neighborhood was gorgeous! In the middle of the beautiful Russian River Valley we had a much needed break. The house is quiet and modern and the view spectacular.

We had an amazing stay. There were 4 of us (2 couples) & the house had plenty of room. The backyard view was amazing with a wonderful hot tub for star gazing. The host had some extra conveniences/niceties, including a bottle of wine & some snacks. The kitchen was well equipped & we utilized it fully. The location was just minutes away from numerous wineries, unfortunately we were not able to visit them all....so will definitely be back!

Business trip plus some fun down time

This property was a beautiful one and very comfortable. It was the perfect location for us. Close to our winery and close to Windsor and Healdsburg, where ww always enjoy visiting when we are in town working. Will definitely stay here again!
