Costa Rican and American owners (husband and wife). Very knowledgeable on local attractions, nearby hiking trails, restaurants and surf lessons.
Why they chose this property
We chose this condo for its secure location and beach access. Also, the original builders were American, Canadian and Costa Rican and the quality of construction and layout of the condo is probably the one of the best in Jaco. I began traveling to Costa Rica in 1991 and obtained permanent residency in 2003. My wife is Tica (Costa Rican) and is pleasure to work with.
We especially like Jaco since it is centrally located and easy to travel to just about anywhere in Costa Rica. San Jose, Quepos, Manual Antonio and Puntarenas are between an hour to an hour and a half away. For surfers, this area has probably the most consistent waves of any place in Costa Rica. Hermosa is less than 10 minutes away as we are on the south end of Jaco.
As a beach town, Jaco offers more in the way of restaurants and entertainment than any other location in Costa Rica.

What makes this property unique
Has an pool view from terrace on third floor, vaulted ceilings, assigned parking space, beach access, very close to restaurants and there are nearby walking trails with ocean views. I hear one person describe one of the nearby walking trails as one best attractions you can do for free in all of Costa Rica.
