Could not have asked for better hosts than Lars and Isabel. The apartment is incredible and impressive from the moment you arrive.Conveniently situated by the beach for unbelievable morning and evening strolls by the surf, but also quiet and peaceful for that perfect holiday. This property has everything available to make your stay as easy as being at home. The proximity to Jaco centre means that there is a wide range of places to eat, drink and shop should you wish.We spent several days here as a part of my wife’s birthday trip and Lars and Isabel very kindly and thoughtfully had some beautiful flowers delivered on her special day.If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind, then this would be impossible to beat! Highly recommended and we are already planning a return!

I’ve been going to CR about 2x a year since 2006 and stayed in DDS many times. This place has all the amenities. Beautiful views, easy pool access. the kitchen had everything imaginable. I was afraid to even touch the Braville coffee/espresso machine. Top notch.The only downside was the WiFi. We could get it in the family room and master bedroom but not the other 2 bedrooms or pool area. I could see the WiFi for the units on the floors 2, 3 and 4 while at the pool being available so I don’t understand this.In any case; it’s a beautiful property and literally is loaded with almost everything you could ask for. Lars is living well :)

We went in the rainy season over 4th of July week. It did rain every day, but not until 4-6:00 (sunset around 5:45) so it did not affect any of our plans. This unit on the property was great and exactly as seen in the pictures. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped. I would warn everyone that the beach is very rocky and the current/ocean is extremely dangerous. We were told that people die along that beach every year and I almost witnessed it happen to a local guy in his mid 20s who kept getting pulled out and hammered by huge waves before finally catching a wave in the right direction and someone coming to his assistance. If you’re wanting to be in the ocean, this is not a beach for you. Zero chance I would let a child near the water.

Perfect place to stay in Jaco

This location inside the property is perfect. First floor with a great wrap around balcony. The kitchen was well stocked all rooms have their own full bathroom which was another plus. We also loved the coffee maker. We didn’t expect that to be such a fun part of the trip, but it was! In the evenings you can watch the local surfers from the patio or the pool deck. Don’t pass up this property, it’s a special place.

This condo has an unobstructed direct view of the ocean, is very well-maintained, and includes a very nice kitchen furnished with everything you could possibly need.

Amazing stay!

This property was exactly as it was pictured. It was gorgeous and clean. Having the main level condo with direct access to the pool was perfect for our family. The view from the living room walk out of the beach was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this property! If you are considering, just go ahead and book...you will not regret it.

Excellent location and condo

Have stayed in Jaco numerous times. This is by far the best place to stay. Lars and Jose were very accommodating and made the entire process smooth. The condo was super clean and had everything you could need as if you were home. The wrap around balcony with the pool and beach view was an added bonus. The condo is right off the Main Street, within walking distance to everything. We definitely plan on staying there again. Very soon. Thanks again Lars, you are an amazing host.

Location was 2 blocks from downtown. Right on the beach and pool. Condo was perfect and beautiful. We loved our stay. PM was great! Would stay again if come to CR again.

Perfection!

What an amazing place to stay! You are literally steps from a beautiful beach, steps from a beautiful pool, and a small walk down the street from tons of shops and restaurants. The property is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to have a fun, relaxing vacation!! You can sit on the terrace and watch surfers while taking in the rest of the amazing scenery. I took a book out there many times to read but caught myself too immersed in the beauty to even open the book. The property has all kinds of things to enjoy at the beach. We made good use of the boogie boards provided. Lots of fun with the big waves at this beach. Lars was quick to respond to any questions. There was a bit of a mixup with checkin but was quickly rectified after speaking with Lars. I would definitely stay here again!

This stay was our favorite of all VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at! Clean! Quiet! Everything you need! Close to beach and pool! The water in both was amazing! Close to remarkable restaurants. We had amazing food. And truly enjoyed every minute we were there! Stay here!!!

Excellent property and great support after arrival

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaco. The support from both the owner and the on site manager were first rate and the few minor items we passed along were quickly addressed. The location in town is perfect and the walk out patio to the pool made for an enjoyable stay. The on site manager even helped with making local excursions which was an unexpected bonus.

Paradise found in Jaco!

Our family of four loved this condo. This was our first trip to Costa Rica. Our adult kids wanted to see the Pacific and Caribbean side of Costa Rica. We chose Jaco and this condo for the ease of getting from the SJO airport to the coast relatively quickly. This condo is on the beach and fit all of our needs. We loved spending time on the terraces, beach and in town.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.The kitchen was fully stocked. The tv’s were nice to watch in the evening and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The place was spotless. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

This place is a beautiful place to stay! You could lose the Buddha in the front entryway. There was every little detail taken care of and provided for us in this unit. Excellent place to stay.

Surpasses expectations by a mile

This condo is amazing. In our opinion it is the best condo in the Diamentes complex being ground floor and right next to the pool. The condo is extremely well equipped with state of the art appliances, a coffee barista machine that's amazing, a commercial quality waffle maker and too many other high end kitchen gadgets to mention. There are 4 boogie boards for surf use, plenty of towels and everything else you could want for a perfect vacation.

Wonderful! Location, cleanliness, communication were ideal!

We loved our time here. We had been to Jaco before but this was our first time at this property. The owner and property manager were both helpful, timely, and accommodating. We have stayed at dozens of rental houses and can say that this was the most organized and well-equipped kitchen we have had - it was a great to prepare meals here! We took great surf lessons at the end of the beach with Aloha Josi, enjoyed eating at Jerah and Amara, did a buggy and zip lining your at Los Soenos Adventures and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for making this feel like a paradise home for our family!

Best condo at the Diamante

This was my second time at this condo and compared to the other rentals at the Diamante this is the best by far. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen and every other room. The view is great with easy access to the pool and beach. Great host and management and very clean.
