Lovely Chalet

Great loacation, really well equipped and very spacious. There were 10 adults and two children in our group. The location was perfect- short walk into town and close to the navette stops for Linga and Pre La Joux. Very quite location. Communication with the owner was great despite a few technical issues with our emails and check in was easy and no stress. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with 7 adults (family) . Good location at 10 walk of Linga ski lift. House was functional and good. 2 person beds are relatively small (160) and short (190) kitchen en bathrooms worked well. Electricity needs to paid separately

Kommunikation mit der Verantwortlichen leider nur in Französisch möglich. Allerdings sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Check-In und Check-out war auch möglich ohne, ohne Anwesenheit des Personals. Stromzähler bei Ankunft und Abfahrt fotografiert.Die gesamte Gegend ist eher auf Wintertourismus ausgelegt - im Sommer (Wandern, Fahrrad) ist es also eher ein Geheimtipp, da fast nichts los ist.

Chalet in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hat eine gute Grösse, Küchenaustattung für soviele Leute super! (Für Kleinkinder kein Plastikgeschirr vorhanden) Backoffen musste von uns vor Vebrauch gereinigt werden, war schmutzig! Alles andere sonst ok. Sauna war einfach in der Bedienung! 6. Zimmer ist im Untergeschoss, mit einem Bettsofa (sehr unbequem). Kontakt mit Sandrine sehr unkompliziert! Für Kinder eine kleine Schachtel Legos, und 1 Schachtel Gesellschaftsspiele! Sonst nichts da! Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Kinder können rundherum spielen.

pour vacances familliales avec enfants

chalet spacieux et agréable, bien équipé, bien situé, la literie est à revoir et les défauts type panne du dispositif de chauffage des chaussures dans le local skis seraient à préciser dans l'offre. de même que les modifications tarifaires (montant sur offre non actualisé...), en regard du prix de location, le cout d'électricité sur une base de consommation standard devrait etre intégré au montant du contrat.

Reservation modifiée par la propriétaire sans avertissement ni accord de notre part.

Malgré une confirmation de réservation par Abritel en février 2023, la propriétaire qui dispose de deux chalets nous a délogé de notre réservation initialement confirmée pour nous loger dans son deuxième chalet. Pratique peu respectable et malhonnête. De plus, elle n’a jamais daigné nous en avertir. Il a fallu s’en apercevoir de nous-mêmes lorsque qu’elle nous a fait parvenir les modalités d’arrivée au chalet. Elle ne s’est jamais excusé et nous a promis un “geste commercial” pour se faire pardonner mais on attend toujours ce “geste commercial”. Le chalet proposé était quand même agréable et on n’a pas laissé ce contretemps de dernière heure nous gâcher les vacances en famille. Il faut se méfier de genre de pratiques malhonnêtes !!!

Bel endroit pour découvrir la montagne en été !

Joli chalet. Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Tout est bien aménagé. Parfait pour le séjour familial prévu. De belles salles commune (salle + salon), une grande table, une cuisine complète. Chacun peut avoir son espace et son intimité.

Chalet pas du tout à la hauteur du prix proposé

Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances mais malgré tout très déçu pour un chalet pas du tout à la hauteur du tarif et pas adapté au nombre de personnes proposé. De plus il faut compter 200€ d'électricité en plus alors que nous n'avons pas chauffer les chambres et nous n'avons pas non plus utiliser le sauna.tarif du kWh 0,20€ heure pleine comme heure creuse !!! Au dessus du tarif EDF Poêle à bois mais il faut apporter les bûches. Ustensiles de cuisine usagés , frigo trop petit,canapé non confortable.... Pas de déneigement réalisé, voiture coincée, heureusement il y a des navettes. Bref de bonnes vacances mais en dehors du chalet. Seul point positif très bonne literie

Hansel und Gretel

Ruimte volop met 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Chalet binnen een km van de Linga skilift. Met skilockers bij de lift makkelijk te lopen. Communicatie: Kon beter. Paar keer moeten mailen over een kinderbed. Ontvangst hartelijk. Alleen Stephanie spreekt zeer snel Frans. Niet altijd te volgen. Met Google translate er toch uitgekomen. In begin januari nog geen zon op het terras. Sauna prima. Parkeerplaatsen prima. Bewegwijzering goed. Zelf schoonmaken: Stephanie voert een uitgebreide controle uit. Zelfs met de telefoon onder het bed kijken. In Chatel genoeg te doen (ijsbaan).

Nice chalet in beautiful village but bad communication with owner

Very poor communication from the property owner’s side. After we made a reservation, we asked for more details and information as we had to organizer a larger group but we have received that very last-minute. Just upon our arrival, we were told that the sauna is broken (with no compensation in price) and we were offered to stay in the neighboring house which's rooms layout we didn't like that much. Linda, the person that gave us a key was really nice and tried her best to speak English. However, at the given price point we didn't get the service we were looking for. Basic things like hand soap were missing. We asked about it and were directed to buy some ourselves and the same applies to the wood for the fireplace. There was an extra fee that wasn't mentioned before: - for bed sheets and towels (unless you bring your own), - for general cleaning (unless you clean it yourself), - for disinfection (due to COVID19), - for the electricity consumed (mainly due to the sauna). Additionally, we were also asked to deposit a large amount of € before check-in that was returned after we checked out — however, this deposit wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website while we were making the reservation, neither any of the extra fees listed above. To sum: It is a nice chalet but the communication and services have a lot of room for improvement.
