Fantastic Chalet. Emilie was super helpful. She met us when we arrived and showed us around and answered any questions that we had prior to arriving. The accommodation met all of our needs. the chalet was warm, clean and modern. A great space for our 2 families. The pool table kept us all amused with a mini pool tournament. The hot tub was clean for our arrival and enjoyed by all.A real gem of a property.

Our big family with 11 adults have spent a perfect week in this wonderful house during New Year holidays. The only disadvantage was the problems with the ski busses, les Navettes. Irregular departures and so few busses considering the amount of people during New Year holidays.

Wonderful Loutsa!

Beautiful house and amazing living areas and amenities. Amazing view and close to town and Ski lifts. We had a great time.

Amazing in every way

Everything about our stay was excellent. The chalet is superb, clean, modern & well equipped. The host was brilliant, and even managed to get the oven fixed in <24hrs when it broke down! We have already re-booked for next year!

Perfect Vacation Chalet

We were a group of 10 with an age range of 10 to 69 years. The chalet was ideal for us all (we are all fit and mobile). Check in was very good and easy, facilities were as described, it all made for a very enjoyable stay in Chatel. We will be looking to stay in Loutsa again.

March Ski Trip

Excellent accommodation, as described and lovely and warm. Kitchen well supplied with plates, pans ext. Hot tub and pool table a really bonus on a snowy/windy no ski day. Bedrooms are small but adequate. Position, 15 min walk from Chatel centre but UP hill. Bus service excellent so we used that.

Pros & Cons•Kitchen – Very well equipped! Lots of festive plates and bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, PLUS two great raclette grills (and outdoor grill too!). We made great use of all.•Emilie also secured an extra high chair and portable crib for us – so we had TWO of each. SO helpful!•Living dining space open room with loft game room (with good, protective railing-good for “littles,” ages 1 and 3). Game room with dart board and pool table had lots of use by grandkids and adults! Hot tub great!•4 Bedrooms downstairs met our needs. The bedrooms had excellent automated room darkening shades. (darkening shades are much needed with long daylight hours!) •Laundry room with drying racks in addition to dryer very helpful.•Greatly appreciated help and recommendation about the multi-pass for the area. That truly was a huge money-saver - many activities appealed to our group. Included FREE access to Chatel gondola as well as more chair lifts in nearby towns. We also took advantage of the FREE miniature golf, trampoline jumping and discounts for adventure climbing park, etc.•Chatel was a fun community with easily accessible restaurants, patisseries, and lots of activities close-by. We really enjoyed great hiking being so easily accessible! Con’s•Only ONE parking space is available for this house. •Not all fees clarified up front. 3 weeks before arriving I learned there would be a fee for linens and cleaning. •Smoke detector?? Listed on “amenities” Not found.

Wir haben zu elft eine Woche im Chalet Loutsa verbringen dürfen und es war traumhaft.Es gibt einen Skiraum mit beheizten Skischuh-Trocknern und der Weg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle beträgt 50m die Straße hoch.Das Chalet selbst ist sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet - es fehlt nichts. Unser absolutes Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool (wird immer frisch befüllt), aber auch der Billiardtisch und die Raclette-Grills. Die Kommunikation mit Emilie im Vornherein ist super unkompliziert per Mail und während dem Aufenthalt auch einfach per WhatsApp.Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche :)

Mooi, luxe, ruim, licht, modern chalet met heerlijke jacuzzi. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed geïsoleerd. Mooie slaapkamers en sanitair. Ruime living en keuken met veel apparatuur. Prettig contact met agentschap. Prima ligging, bushaltes op loopafstand. Zeer tevreden.

Très bien

Une semaine de randonnée à partir de Chatel qui est un grand village bien achalandé et bien placé pour les déoarts de rando dans les environs. Le chalet Loutsa est tres bien aménagé, calme, tres confortable et tres bien équipé, avec sa place de parking. Accueil super à’l’arrivée.

Chalet agréable et bien situé mais

Description du chalet très imprécise : les équipements ne sont pas précisés (four à raclette, à fondue, lit bébé, chaise haute, cafetière à grains...). Les grands lits ont des petites couettes. Communication impossible par mail avec Abritel et difficile avec le propriétaire. Plusieurs visites du concierge devant nos fenêtres de chambres, voir dans la maison sans sonner ou toquer.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir, Familie, 2 Teenager, haben den Aufenthalt in dem Chalet sehr genossen! Es war alles sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Am meisten haben sich unsere beiden Kinder über das eigen Bad im jeweiligen Zimmer gefreut! Auch der Außenwhirlpool ist mit seinen angenehmen 38 Grad bei jedem Wetter toll!!Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Très beau chalet

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le chalet est conforme aux attentes et à la description. Nous avons même été agréablement surpris par son aménagement et sa position. Les vues ouest et est, offertes par les larges baies vitrées, sont très agréables. La terrasse permet d'en profiter pleinement. Le chalet est un bon point de départ pour des randonnées sur Abondance. Merci à Franck pour son accueil et ses conseils. Merci aussi aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons bien volontiers pour nous détendre :)

Aangenaam huis en goede ligging

Het was een aangenaam huis voor een grote groep mensen. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Zeer proper. Wij hebben een leuke vakantie achter de rug gehad.
