Island Square is conveniently located off Demere Road, just steps from some of the Island’s favorite restaurants and shopping destinations. In addition, Island Square is just a 2-mile bike ride or quick drive to the beach.

This particular condominium has 3 bedrooms and two fulll baths as well as a small sitting area on the enclosed porch off the living room/dining area.

Within Island Square, guests may enjoy the community swimming pool and fitness center.

Island Square #102 has a beautifully updated kitchen as well as both bathrooms. It has hard surface floors throughout. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homey.

Small pets under 35 pounds are accepted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Nice place

Overall this was a nice place to stay. There’s not a ton of space for dogs to walk. The kitchen is well set up for small meals but there weren’t enough utensils to cook a full family meal. Luckily, there were several nice restaurants around.

Summer vacation

A wonderful vacation with family and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. No complaints . Plan to return again.

Clean home, convenient.

Clean and comfortable to stay in. Very convenient location next to grocery store. Some kitchen utensils were missing, and the management company provided replacements immediately.

Good stay, minor issues

I want to start by saying I would stay here again. Just things to note for your stay (or our next), this is next to the airport though we didn’t have an issue with planes flying at night. The neighborhood had some flaws; the gate at the entrance was busted, the parking lot was flooded where we parked, and had a major pothole. To us these were minor issues and reflects more on the neighborhood maintenance than the actual condo. The condo itself was well kept and clean.
