Beautiful countryside Provence

We had a beautiful 9 days in Provence. We have rented multiple times through VRBO and this was by far the most enjoyable home base. The living space is roomy, light and airy with french doors off of the main bedroom as well as the living room/kitchen area that open up on a wrap around balcony that overlooks the beautiful, property it made me want to just enjoy the space. Wifi was good, we had easy parking on the property. There is a local bakery about a kilometer away that was yummy- I think we went every day! The location was a reasonable drive to Aix - about 6 kilometers and made for a good, central location for day trips to Provence. Dan and Geraldine are the sweetest couple - they made our stay awesome. We fell in love with their German Shepherd, Piana. They also have the fattest cat I think I have ever seen. Loved the location and the setting - I would definitely come back again and would recommend this as place to stay.

Traumpool in der Provence

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, Garten und Pool gepflegt und ein wahrer Traum. Géraldine und ihr Mann waren sehr nett, hatten tolle Tipps, waren immer ansprechbar und ansonsten sehr diskret. Aix ist unmittelbar in der Nähe, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Parfait séjour au calme

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes, très discrets et très prévenants. Le logement est grand et confortable, le coin détente ombragé est appréciable, la piscine est magnifique. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances au calme avec un grand jardin! Merci pour toutes vos gentilles attentions, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Super skønt sted

Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod af værtsparret. Vi følte os velkomne. Huset var dejligt, og beliggenheden var helt perfekt. Lidt udenfor Aix i landlige omgivelser, men kun en kort køretur fra bylivet med butikker, cafeer, parker og legepladser. Om søndagen blev vi inviteret på lækre hjemmelavede pizzaer.

Geraldine and Dan are fantastic hosts; welcoming, kind and helpful. The property is immaculately clean, well appointed and a great location for exploring this area. The swimming pool was a particular hit - especially with the children! We would highly recommend.

Toller Osterurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Provence. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Aix; ein Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind vom Haus aus in kurzer Zeit gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung ist schlicht aber sehr geschmackvoll, praktisch und mit viel Detailliebe von den Vermietern eingerichtet. Unsere beiden Kinder haben sich sofort in das Haus und die Umgebung verliebt und haben sich auch gleich mit dem sehr kinderlieben Haushund und der Hauskatze angefreundet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und beabsichtigen, bald wieder zu kommen.

Belle vue pour cette annexe à côté de la maison principale a un quart d’heure de Aix. Vaste séjour et chambre parentale. Cuisine très bien équipée. À recommander pour un séjour en famille!

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Eingebunden in eine unglaublich schöne Landschaft, gelegen nur wenige Fahrtminuten von Aix en Provence und dennoch in einer sehr ruhiger Gegend, erfüllt die Ferienwohnung von Geraldine und Dan im Positiven sämtliche Klischees an ein entspanntes Leben in der Provence. Großzügig geschnitten, mit Balkon inklusive fantastischem Blick und einer modernen und sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung ist diese Wohnung der perfekte Ort zum Erholen.Nicht nur die Wohnung sondern auch das gesamt Grundstück wurden liebevoll und mit vielen kleinen Details gestaltet. Die freundlichen und äußerst aufmerksamen Eigentümer haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht, wie man es sich nur denken kann. Wir möchten uns sehr bei Euch bedanken und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter. Merci a Géraldine et Dan pour avoir partager ce petit paradis avec nous. Nous avons passes des vacances merveilleuses chez vous!

Wonderful countryside modern farmhouse near Aix

My wife, daughter and I had the most fantastic stay in the countryside near Aix-en-Provence. Dan and Geraldine were very friendly and gracious hosts, introducing us to their friends, providing fantastic restaurant and travel advice and even hosting us for the World Cup Final in their lovely modern farmhouse home! What an amazing French experience! The rental property is clean and spacious with a lovely view of the Provence countryside. We used this as our home base while touring all around Provence – it is very conveniently located, allowing us to visit the incredible Château La Coste art and architecture walk, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Rousillon and other Provence villages. This is a lovely place to spend time in and a perfect location to see all of the beauty of Provence. Highly recommended!

This is a great location. You feel like you are out in the country but minutes from Aix en Provence

Wonderful farm setting among the fields. Geraldine and Dan as hosts work hard at making sure your stay is everything you want it to be. Geraldine's restaurant suggestions were wonderful. The house itself is lovely. One very large room for sitting, visiting and eating. A fully equipped kitchen. A very large master bedroom and two addition bedrooms makes room for 5. Wonderful windows and a balcony that is great to sit and enjoy you morning or evening coffee views of the country side and city lights in the evening. While your hosts are close you also have a sense of privacy in your outdoor space that encourages relaxing, reading and dozing when you are in the mood for some down time. Hope to be able to return next year and enjoy the pool that is going to be a new addition.

Excellent sejour

De passage dans la region, nous avons decouvert cette magnfique bastide en fin de renovation avec un accueil tres chaleureux des proprietaires, aux petis soins pour notre famille de 4 prsonnes: espace, calme, chmps, arbres fruitiers, des petites touches daccueil qui nous font sentir comme a la maison.
