Very pleasant house located on a hillside and benefiting from a magnificent view!
Located in a quiet residential area, 800m from the center of the village, it is perfect for a stay with family or friends!

The house is planned for 10 beds: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
It offers approximately 320m2 of living space, as well as a beautiful terrace of 50m2 teak where you can enjoy the Jacuzzi and the shade of a traditional plane tree mulberry ....
The swimming pool is secured and without any opposite.

The house is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living / dining room, a large veranda (living and dining room), a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a cot, a bathroom shower), a toilet.
- on the floor: 1 double room and a room of water and TOILET
- on the garden level (pool level): 2
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms and WC

Family trip

The view and location were wonderful. The house was clean with everything in order. The house had bedrooms on 3 levels so our 5 family members had privacy. Leila, the property manager greeted us and and walked us through the house. Our host and manager was always available with a quick reply, but everything was in order so we only needed assistance to open and close the trip. We were in a quiet neighborhood up the hill but within walking distance from the center of cotignac, Being from the US, air conditioning was important, and there were 4 Mini split units in the house keeping it cool throughout.

Family vacation and reunion

We rented Jean-Michel and Anne's beautiful house for 2 weeks for a family vacation and reunion.....cousins, nephews and nieces from Canada, California and Italy and we all had a great time during our stay. The owner's hospitality was outstanding and Jean Michel, although living far away, was always quick and very responsive to any questions we had. The house was beautiful and exactly as shown on VRBO, very clean, spacious both indoors and outdoors, and fully equipped including in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hosts also supplied lots of info on local restaurants and things to do in Cotignac and Provence.......very organized. The cleaning lady Leila was also great, hospitable and competent and very responsive. In short a great and very enjoyable 2 week family vacation and reunion for all of us.......we would certainly do it again at Jean-Michel and Anne's house in Cotignac.

Er rigtigt dejligt hus vi gerne vender tilbage til. Familieferie med vores gode venner og deres børn i alderen 6-13. Store værelse med AC. Dejlig terrasse både ude og overdækket. God kommunikation med udlejer. Poolen blev tilset flere gange under ferien. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
