Excellent appartement

Au fait, du à une erreur , nous avons logé a l’ appart de rue Grande Fusterie. Parfaitement bien situé, près du vieux centre, des marchés, des remparts et de la gare. Pas besoin de prendre des moyens de transports pour tout parcourir. Confortable, calme,chalereux et parfaitement équipé. Franck , joignable à tout moment, disposé à résoudre n’ importe quel inconvénéant. Emplacement idéal pour connaître la provence.

Place is lovelier than photos

We had such a lovely time at your place and only wish that we had stayed longer. The location was very convenient and the space was very comfortable (great bed!). We did not have a chance to take advantage of the massive kitchen, but it would have been lovely to prepare a meal here. This would definitely be a place to stay for a week + in order to enjoy towns and wineries (Domains) nearby!

Amazing Location

This flat has a great locale. Can walk every where. A giant parking garage few mins away. Owner is local and very friendly with great tips.

Amazing Location - Comfortable Stay

We spent three days in Avignon and this was the perfect place. The bed and pull out were comfortable and the apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. This was conveniently located to the Avignon attractions. We had a car and parked in the indoor lot right next door - easy access. The kitchen was nicely equipped, too. Great place!

le 8/03/03 nous avons eu le malheur d'arriver a 23h30 a Avignon suite a un mouvement de greve. Apres négociations le proprietaire a accepter de laisser la clé au restaurant "La Fourchette" qui était encore ouvert à notre arrivée. Tres bel appartement et proprietaire à l'écoute.

Appartement très agréable

Un logement tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Aéré, lumineux, propre et élégant, le compagnon idéal de notre escapade. Juste un petit bémol, pour y accéder au 2e étage il fallait emprunter des escaliers un peu étroits et inadapté pour une personne âgée ou à mobilité réduite.

Schöne Wohnung, mühsame Kommunikation

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Anreisen nach 20h sind zu vermeiden (deshalb bei Anreisen mit dem Zug aus Deutschland eher ungünstig)- dies ist leider auf der Website nur bei extra Anklicken des Kleingedruckten ersichtlich. Durch schwierige Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter bescherte es uns eine stressige Anreise und die Sorge, bei Verspätung statt am Samstag erst am Montag in die Wohnung kommen zu können. Nachdem alles geklappt hatte, fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Falls auf dem Sofa genächtigt wird (bei mehr als 2 Personen), sollte man keinen allzu leichten Schlaf haben (lauter Kühlschrank)

Très bon séjour sur Avignon

L appartement est bien situé et conforme à la description.Il est bien situé et permet de tout visiter à pied.Le parking souterrain oratoire permet de garer sa voiture sans pb et d arriver juste à côté de la porte d entrée.La rue n est pas trop bruyante et nous avons pu passer se bonnes nuits

Nice flat in the city center

It was a good stay in Avignon and Provence area. The communication with the tennant was brief but satisfactory in all aspects. Different options to park being the city center although a bit expensive were possible.

Wonderful spot in the heart of Avignon

My husband and I celebrated our 27th anniversary with this long-awaited vacation. Franck was very responsive. Apartment is comfortable, with all needed amenities, in the heart of Avignon. A beautiful city and a great central spot from which to explore Provence.

Idéal pour découvrir Avignon

Cet appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. De plus, celui-ci est très bien situé, dans un quartier agréable et très pratique pour se restaurer et visiter notamment le Palais des Papes et le Musée Calvet. Un grand plus pour faciliter votre séjour à Avignon.

Parking your car stinks

There are only two options for a car in old Avignon, One is the parking under the car in the under ground parking which Is owned, I think, by the city of Avignon. The problem is , if you wasn't to see the sights around Provance, The high rate starts again costing 40.00 Euro a day. The free parking as about a mile away across a very busy street and if it is raining you get soaked.Thaking your luggage to either parking lot is very difficult. s ace

Location is Fantastic

Great location in a fabulous city. Cant get a better location. Slightly loud due to road but that is not a problem to be in amongst the main area. Good unit with all facilities.

Great apartment

Clean and convenient location. Apartment perfectly equipped. You just need to know that you will need to carry your luggage up four flights of stairs after picking up your key a couple blocks away. I had to return key a couple blocks away and arrange taxi pick up at that location. It was no problem for me, but could be for others. Overall...I would certainly rent this apartment again! Everything is right out your door.

Great Location

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Avignon before our Uniworld river cruise. The apartment is in an old building , but has been remodeled. Good restaurants and markets within walking distance. We are in our 60s and in good shape, but please note the flat is up four flights of narrow and steep stairs. The bed is small by US standards, but the couch also makes into a bed, so we split up to sleep... Overall, it was a good stay, the owner is responsive, and the location perfect.

Apartment was ok

Apartment interior and location were very nice but stairway was poorly lit and difficult to maneuver luggage for persons our age. The person who assisted us upon arrival could have been more helpful and hospitable. Glad we arrived during the day because the agent would not have been available at night. All and all we loved the city.

Fabulous, will be a best memory of our trip!

We feel like we really lucked out with this beautiful apartment. We could not have picked a better located unit. We walked over from the Viking Ship dock on the Rhône and found it immediately inside the wall on a very nice street of shops. There was everything we could have needed. Beautiful, huge kitchen and great WiFi connection. So close to all the historical sights, basically right in the middle of everything. We are picky people, and believe me - this apartment was roomy, cool in the extreme heat and a real treasure!

Perfect location

A great place to stay! Close to it all, convenient/safe/well lit unground parking (Indigo/Oratoire-vehicle entrance is just outside walls but there is pedestrian exit on same block as apartment, go down one level and look for Joseph Vernet street elevator) Apartment has A/C, small “all in one” washer/dryer, full kitchen. I highly recommend. We were very comfortable with 2 young kids. No elevator, but that was not an issue for us (apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.)
