About this property

Large apartment, ski-in ski-out, superb mountain and lake view.

Apartment renovated, with a very nice view from the lounge on the slopes and the lake (4th floor)
A 2min from the city center on foot, where you will find all the necessary shops and restaurants, it remains located in a quiet area of the resort.
You put your skis at the bottom of the building and you can ski back to the feet too.

Tignes has a very large ski area, especially if you take the package "espace killy" which allows you to ski on Tignes AND Val d'Isere

Everything is included in the price displayed: wifi, end of stay cleaning, tourist tax and linen-towel packs for weekly rentals.
For short stays you have the possibility to rent packs sheets-towels (30€ / pers) with our local partner if you wish.

The apartment is 67m2 and is organized as follows:
- a bedroom with double bed (140cm), exposed north view of Palafour
- second bedroom with 3 single beds (1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed), same exposure
- separate fully equipped kitchen (including oven, dishwasher and washing machine)
- dining room separated from the living room
- living room with beautiful mountain and lake view plus a balcony. South oriented.

Spacious apartment in great location

The apartment is more spacious & light than the photos suggest. We were 2 families with teenagers, and (although there were sometimes queues for the bathroom & separate WC!) we all slept comfortably and the kitchen was well-equipped for dining in.

Very nice, well appointed apartment with great views of Tignes. Only downside was height limit of underground car park for dropping off bags (you'll be fine if you don't have a big roofbox).

Tignes ski trip 2022

This apartment has great access to pistes (ski-in and out) and town centre. Good ski lockers and ability to drop luggage off undercover in underground car park (although no parking there). Good facilities, nice kitchen & bathroom, other areas slightly in need of a refurb. Lift was broken when we arrived so we had to carry all our luggage from the basement to the 4th floor! Agents were responsive to questions and problems with good communication about arrival, etc. Overall a super base in the amazing ski resort it Tignes.

C'était vraiment un sejour magnifique Propriétaire très sympathique Appartement très propre Je précise que l'appartement est plus joli que dans les photos nous étions agréablement surprisUn petit hic ....avant d'arriver à l'appartement il y a une grande montée qui était un peu difficile à monter avec les enfants mais j'avoue que cela n'a pas affecté nos belles vacances

Tout était très bien : la communication en amont, l'arrivée dans l'appartement, la location de l'appartement skis aux pieds, la proximité des commerces et navettes.(Attention toutefois aux prochains locataires à ne pas claquer la porte (qui n'a pas de poignée) avec une clef sur la serrure il devient impossible d'ouvrir la porte)

Appartement idéalement situé sur les pistes, bien agencé pour jusqu’à 6 personnes avec couchage dans 3 pièces séparées. Pensez par contre à réserver un parking à Tignes bien à l’avance et l’accès pour le déchargement est un peu compliqué (accès par un garage, limité de hauteur de 2 m et très surchargé les samedis), communication avec le gérant uniquement par mail ou SMS et il ne répond pas toujours

Séjour ski en famille

Au pied des pistes = facile pour le ski mais moins pour la voiture. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de place de parking dans l'immeuble. Il a donc fallu aller garer la voiture au parking du lac 3. Appartement spacieux. Nécessaire de cuisine (casseroles...) à renouveler et hotte à nettoyer. Location de dimanche à dimanche = avantage (moins de trafic, moins de monde).

Merveilleux séjour au ski

L’appartement est encore mieux que dans le descriptif ;-) grand lumineux ensoleillé. Les 2 chambres sont très confortables. Le salon très grand. La cuisine très fonctionnelle avec absolument tout ce qui est nécessaire. La résidence est très bien située avec des casiers à ski parfait pour un départ et un retour ski au pied. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Bref une semaine parfaite , hâte de revenir !

Un séjour parfait!

Très bel appartement, bien équipé (rien ne manque!). L’emplacement est idéal, proche des restaurants, supermarché, magasin de location de skis… Très belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes et possibilité de chausser les skis en bas de l’immeuble pour rejoindre les remontées. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner!

Great week in Tignes

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the flat. The location is perfect for a ski-in ski-out week and the flat itself is spacious and very comfortable Also the communication with both the owner and the property manager on-site was super fast and efficient; (special mention to the caretaker of the building ("le gardien") who manages to take care of my helmet/goggles/gloves which had been lost!)) Overall the flat is highly recommended.
