House is inside of a gated community, getting in and out was a smooth process. House was fantastic, plenty of room for everyone. Pool table, foosball, dart board and the covered pool, we're all a plus for the kids. Then there is a heated community pool, mini golf, arcade and lots of other games and activities. Grill out on the pool deck. Both front and back door have open alarms and the pool has a separate fence. Which was also a great feature for little ones. Overall great place, will stay again!

The house and location were perfect! The biggest issue I received from everyone who stayed at the house was that they were disappointed that we could not adjust the temperature in the house below 72. So overall, the house was warm, which was the major drawback. We are not accustomed to the heat and like sleeping in cooler conditions. The amenities, cleanliness, location, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms were great and as described.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot.

We had an amazing time! The house was comfortable and spacious, and it felt like a second home. The kids loved the pool, and the location was perfect for visiting Disney World and other family-friendly attractions. The complex was safe and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for our family vacation. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot - it was just great from start to finish!"

Family had a great vacation at the property. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for the entire family. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Disney parks and Universal were 10-15 minutes further away then what was described in the details. A light around the pool flashed on and off all night long and bedroom was on the same side. We had forgotten some clean souvenir cups in the dishwasher and owner said they would be sent to us,it has been 2 weeks and no cups.

Regarding the drive times, the distances listed in our description are based on typical traffic conditions, though we understand that actual travel times can vary depending on traffic and time of day. I’m sorry if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. I apologize for the pool light issue — this is something we were not previously aware of, and it has since been addressed so future guests will not experience the same problem. As for the souvenir cups, I regret that there was a miscommunication and that they were not mailed as expected. Please send me your address and will let management know to mail them.
