We could hear the crashing of the waves and were kept cool through the night by the ocean breeze. We woke to the beautiful sunrise every morning on the deck. Spectacular views of the ocean!

The property sits in a beautiful location! Short drive to town for dining and groceries. The linens needed to be washed more frequently. Referring to quilts. They smelled of weeks of oil build up and sweat. Overall the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Also…soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms need updated as the liquid has separated in them and the holder is rusty. We were delayed an hour and a half checking in due to a window repair that was not communicated. Gorgeous beach view!!

The views at this condo were unbeatable! Definitely less hospitable/comfortable than some other options (uncomfortable furniture, limited kitchen, poor wifi & no tv), but the location and facility are great. The pool area was lovely and had gas grills that were convenient for evening meals. The coffee shop onsite was great as well. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations which we weren't aware of. The town isn't too far but definitely a 15 minute drive to any restaurant or groceries! This resort is way closer to the trailhead and tunnels beach than the main Princeville area which was great for the activities we were interested in.

Unfortunately, in such a remote location, the WiFi will always be a bit spotty, and the resort is very strict about noise regulations and maintaining an "old Hawai'i feel", hence the lack of TV. We're also glad to share that the on-site restaurant has reopened under a new name! Gaia is open for lunch and dinner, and is BYOB! We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon. The location is heavenly—beautiful view of the beach and Milky Way at night! The pool and grill are are very clean and comfortable/easy to use. Friendly staff at check in. While I would absolutely stay here again, the shower could use updating. Overall, a wonderful experience and stay!

The property is lovely - right on the ocean. It is nicely decorated and clean. Some things definitely show some weathering - as is expected when so exposed to the elements. The Resort is lovely too. The pool area was very nice. I would definitely stay there again if I were to return to Kauai.

Great little condo with lots of privacy and amazing views. Functional and comfortable for a family with two kids. The area is quite windy and the beach is not kid friendly but still a beautiful place. We had the best sunrises, hope to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cool spot on the north side! Feels like the end of the earth. Not super convenient if you are wanting to eat out every meal, but it was great for us. We grilled at the nice new pool/hot tub/grilling area and that was perfect. Beds were comfy. Home is kind of like a cabin vs. being super bougie but it had everything we needed and worked well!

Steps away from the beach

Great location. Steps away from the beach. Coffee shop on property as well as a restaurant. Enjoyed the beautiful walk from the property beach to Tunnels Beach!
