Note to Parents, if you go out the rear exit of the garage and across the small bridge there is a great jungle gym and a small sledding hill. My grandchildren love this feature.

'I do not guarantee availability of snow. The ski in ski out may not work in early or late conditions.' Don't fault ME for being VERY honest about the ski in ski out...BUT only a SHORT walk or free bus* to main lift (Centennial). * Courteous and complimentary DIAL-A-RIDE is available to whisk you to the slopes or around the BC area at a moments notice (well maybe 10 minutes!) Dial-a-ride, now provides evening FREE service into AVON, to the grocery store, post office and to various restaurants!

I purchased this Townsend Place condo pre-construction, LATE 80'S. Remodeled (Feb 2011)...This is MY second home,furnished and finished to a 'T' Townsend Place is located between the condos 'Creekside' and 'Oxford Court' Just opposite Scott Hill Road and the Boarders.. From Townsend Place you can walk to Vilar Center, main ski hill or the shopping center/ ice rink without ever having to cross the road. GREAT advantage from families with children who venture out on their own.


This Unit is in Beaver Creek... not down in the valley where early and late snow can be ifffy.

DO NOT BE CONFUSED WITH OTHER '2 bedroom units' this is a LARGE 2 + bedroom condo (1294 sf.) located on 2 levels (great for older kids/privacy), other 2/2 may actually be a 1 bedroom & den that only have 946 sf. & den is just off the kitchen..tight.

The first floor bathroom has has a walk-in shower. A full bathtub/shower is upstairs.

As you can see by my photos and Grandson I have tried to make this condo as child friendly as possible, books, games, dvd's, youth chair.

KITCHEN IS WELL EQUIPPED: condiments: s&p, flour, sugar, cooking oil, vinegar, spices etc etc.(and a list of restaurants!) Micro/convection oven, lots of pots and pans, baking dishes etc.

New Full size washer/dryer w/ Tide Laundry detergent

All linens provided,. 3 Hair dryers...

Heated ski room with lockers on the first floor for equipment. Back stairwell area has snow board storage. Parking for 1 auto. Additional vehicles can PARK in the parking lot at the base of the Mountain. Over sized vehicles must park outside.

Beaver Creek (rated one of the BEST in the WEST) has THE BEST ski school(now offering a GONDOLA for beginners) and BEST terrain for any beginner. Excellent BLACK DIAMOND runs, see photos attached.

I once worked as a ski journalist. Skied the world from South America to Germany and back....and BOUGHT here!!!

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, leather sofa (pullout sleeper/queen size) rocking chair etc .. DVD and CD's with games and books galore.

Small balcony off living room/master bedroom with table and chairs....small gas grill

Outdoor Hot Tub for summer or winter use.

Each bedroom has it's own TV and DVD player.Large Master bedroom has king bed, desk and chair, dressers,night stands and a comfy sitting chair, flat screen TV,Ceiling fan, luggage racks. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs bedroom has set of bunk beds and a queen bed ,dresser, closet, ceiling fan and a large bathroom, double sink, combo tub/shower. 1/2 bedroom is almost wall to wall bed! the Queen bed touches 3 walls; head and foot and one side comfy queen size, dresser, tv and hanging space...

Please NO SMOKING, of anything?!! ( you loose 100% of security deposit if you do smoke!!)in my condo, use table & chairs on deck if you must.

Kitchen has: crock pot, ice maker, blender, mixer.

I choose BC because it has the BEST overall conditions. Fabulous ski school located in an area not so large you 'lose' people. The BC/Vail ski school is one of the best in the world. I wanted my Grandchildren to have the best experience available.... and they have. You can too by skiing here. Condo is located on Village Blvd. just opposite Scott Hill Road, between Oxford Court & Creekside condos. so much more convenient than other properties... easy walk to ice rink (don't even have to cross a road) or short walk or free shuttle to Centennial Lift, or ski to Elkhorn Lift.

What makes this condo unique

******FREE PARKING FOR ONE CAR, that is ONE CAR second car would need to park at the base lot $10.00 per day) *****My property is a good value and furnished as my second home, not like a typical rental unit. Furnished like VERY Expensive rentals. Platinum rated!! Kitchen has top of the line microwave and a fully stocked condiment cabinet, S&P, flour, sugar, spices, cooking oils, coffee, tea, etc etc.. More than ample number of dishes, glasses etc. Each room has it own TV and C/D or DVD player, having the second bedroom on a different level gives you lots of privacy. Jungle gym and sledding hill just behind the building.

Ample dishes & glasses(Service for 12), you don't have to be constantly washing them!!

Kitchen is GREAT, fully stocked cabinets, with sugar, flour, tea, cocoa all the spices, cooking oil, etc etc. Since this is my 2nd home it is done the way I want it, and that is 'top drawer'... wifi is available in the condo. Large Master Bedroom, with comfortable chairs and desk w/ chair.. Very short walk to everything of take the free bus provided for all of the BC area. Ski lockers on first floor. walk to Vilar Center, ice skating rink, ski school etc without crossing a road.....

Close to heaven...a skiers delight!!!

What a great location! Walk to the mountain, walk to the village with all it has to offer, great bars, restaurants and a lovely ice skating rink..who needs to leave.

The condo is so comfortable, it was a girls skiing weekend and we had so much fun . The condo had everything we could ask for or wanted. Master Bedroom has a great shower just what I needed after a day of skiing. Nice fireplace, grill if you wanted to BBQ and all the kitchen supplies you would need. I would definitely return and bring my kids!!! Just great..thanks!

Very well represented. Condo is upscale.

From the time we entered the unit, we were very impressed. Homey, very clean, well maintained and appointed with mountain influenced furnishings. From kitchen to bed rooms, we enjoyed quality amenities including quality glassware, themed china and even the linens were a cut above. Everyone in our group was very pleased with their stay. Public shuttles are also available to make getting around very easy.

In addition, the condo owner was very easy to deal with and made the whole process a pleasure. As a result, I would give my full endorsement to this property without hesitation. If you want to enjoy a Beaver Creek vacation you will find this lodging option will enhance your experience. Missing an opportunity to stay at this facility would be a loss.

Beautiful condo, , perfect weekend.

We were at BC for the annual Blues, Blues and BBQ. The weather was spot on, & Kristi’s condo was in the most convenient location & appointed with every possible accommodation for us. She really has spent lots of time & energy making sure the guests are comfortable & well informed. Thank you for sure care/ because of it we enjoyed each moment with good memories. Worked GREAT for us, loved having kids on another level

Wish the condo had a martini shaker.... we finally found the plastic glasses for the Hot Tub which we really enjoyed, did have to contact the owner, Kristi to get the pass codes to turn on the Hot Tub, temp was great and so large. The ski in ski out was too difficult for beginners.

We forgot to get our ski passes first so were disappointed when we skied to the lift below and could not load, we won't do that again, and yes Kristi had warned us!!

Condo was everything promised

What a delight to find all the condiments in the kitchen. So many plates and glasses. Beds very comfortable and location was tops. We enjoyed that the children could have their own area upstairs and all the books and games that were provided.

Please NOTE: I do not accept any booked reservation without first a conversation between me the owner and the prospective tenant, I will NOT accept blind reservations made by VRBO! I am sure that if you owned a valuable commodity you would not let it be used without qualifications, this is my second home, not a rental for profit.! The $500.00 security deposit ( all or part) will be used by owner if: Smoking in condo/all deposit forfeited, damage to furniture or condo ( based on replacement/repair costs) excess mess ( calculated on additional cleaning fee charge by the cleaning company). Only once in 20+ years have I kept any $'s . But with legalize pot usage, it has become more of a problem, I do have a small deck with chairs and table if you are so inclined, BUT NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN MY CONDO!!!
