Fabulous place. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all amenities, although we didn't find the washing machine ( which was irrelevant, as we were on holiday and the last thing to do would be washing). The pool was fantastic, with a choice of seating options, for instance shaded under a couple of trees for reading, then a dip in the pool and moving to the sunbeds in the sun to dry off, before moving to another shady spot for afternoon nibbles with wine, and then dinner at the table outside. We didn't play table tennis or boules at the designated boule strip. Valerie was always there at the end of a WhatsApp conversation to help with any query. A 10 minute ( if that) walk into the centre of Montauroux, where there's a small supermarket and a place for coffee. There are a couple of restaurants, but one appeared to be closed, the other one just around the corner of the main road in a side street, which sold great food. Highly recommended.

A lovely comfortable property in a fabulous location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely property. It was at the end of a quiet road and not overlooked. The pool was a great size and we used it every day to cool down. So many pretty places to see and only about 30 minutes from the beach nearest beach. The villa was

a very adorable place to be!!!

We really loved this charming,cosy house,that 's very well equiped.The kids could run freely in the enclosed garden.The heated pool(also enclosed with a removable fence)was wonderful in this time of the year. The two hearths made the evenings very cosy. This time we only rent the main house, but next time we'll also rent the summerhouse, near the main house, for my parents, so they can also enjoy holiday with the whole family, but still have their own privacy and tranquillity.

A week in provence

We stayed a week with friends in this house in Montauroux. The house is big and well equipped. The pool was nice and came in good use as it was extremely hot. Just a five minute walk from the house is a small square with a small supermarket, restaurants and bakeries.Unfortunately the house, in our opinion, did not measure up to the very high reviews. When we arrived we noticed that the lawn had not been trimmed, nor had the leaves from the olive trees and other trees been swept away, they covered the entire front and pool area. I understand that as soon as you sweep them away, new will come but it would have been a bit more welcoming if that had been done. Instead we did it our selves. This was something we didn’t mention to the manager, it was what it was. However, when we opened the houses, especially the main house, we were met with a heavy musky smell. The smell stayed all week and were most prominent in one of the bedrooms. Our hair and clothes smelled very badly and it didn’t feel good to let our children sleep in the bedroom so they took turns sleeping with the parents which was a struggle as they are teenagers and not small kids. Unfortunately this made our stay less pleasant. The manager was very nice to talk to and easy to get hold of. Although they kindly offered us a refund

Thank you for sharing your impressions. I am delighted that you enjoyed the house, its facilities, the pool,as well as the proximity to shops and restaurants. I also appreciate your kind words regarding my availability! Regarding the garden, I can confirm that the gardener came on Saturday, the day before your arrival, to clear the terraces and surrounding areas. In the meantime, the wind had brought some leaves back. As for the lawn, it had intentionally been left unmown to preserve a lovely carpet of colourful daisies, which I found charming. Following your request, on Monday morning, the gardener returned to mow it in order to meet your expectations. Concerning the smell you mentioned, no guest before you had ever reported such an issue, including those who had stayed for two weeks just prior to your visit. In fact, they left a glowing review and plan to return next year. I also went to the property myself and did not notice any particular smell. I always pay close attention to my guests’ feedback in order to continually improve the comfort and quality of their stay. Thank you again for your comments. With my best regards Valérie

Très déçus par le suivi après notre séjour. Nous avons adressé un courrier détaillé concernant plusieurs problèmes constatés dans la location et formulé une demande de dédommagement. Malgré nos explications et les échanges avec la gestionnaire, notre courrier est resté sans réponse. Nous aurions attendu davantage de considération et de professionnalisme, ne serait-ce qu’une réponse à notre réclamation. Une expérience décevante, tant sur la prestation que sur le suivi de notre demande.Voici quelques écarts entre l'annonce et la réalité :- climatisation, oui, mais uniquement dans les chambres et le salon, sinon contentez-vous de ventilateurs- lave-linge présent, mais dans le sous-sol de la petite maison, à 25 mètres- indiqué dans l'annonce pour les PMR, il y a des marches et la majorité des portes sont très étroites- forte odeur de moisi dans la chambre des enfants

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa où rien ne manque ( des divers ustensiles de cuisine aux nombreux ventilateurs...). Proprièté très calme et très spacieuse. La cuisine extérieure avec vaisselle, frigo, et lave vaisselle est un réel confort supplémentaire pour les apéros et repas en terrasse.

Viel Platz im Haus wie auch auf dem Grundstück, tolle Ausstattung mit Aussenküche, Tischtennisplatte und allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Zu Fuss in den Ort mit Bäckerei und Restaurants. Uns hat es wirklich super gefallen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une très belle maison très bien équipée. Très grand jardin clos, piscine très agréable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Reste à bien faire réviser la climatisation car un bloc ne fonctionnait plus en milieu de séjour. A savoir que le ménage, les draps et le prix de la dépendance sont à fournir en espèces. Valerie et sa maman qui gèrent la location sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Séjour très satisfaisant car même si la Clim est tombée en panne des ventilateurs étaient à disposition et nos Hôtes ont tout fait pour résoudre ce petit dérangement. Location bien située et très satisfaisante.

Provenzalisches Ferienhaus für Groß und Klein

Toller und herzlicher Empfang und super Kommunikation mit der Vermieter-Familie! Auf Anregungen oder Fragen wurde sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Das Haus mit Nebenhaus ist top gepflegt und sauber. Wir wurden mit den Worten empfangen "Es ist nicht top modern - es ist provenzalisch" - und das trifft es auf den Punkt und genau das haben wir gesucht! Wer Hochglanz erwartet - ist hier falsch. Hier bekommt man 100% Provence - Baustil, Ambiente, Lage - exakt wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht!Sauberer Pool, der wirklich groß ist und zum Schwimmen, Tauchen, Toben und Relaxen auf den vorhandenen Luftmatratzen einlädt. Ausreichend und moderne Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Teenager und ein kleiner Hund. Beide Häuser waren toll und gepflegt. Doch am allermeisten waren wir auf der Terrasse des Haupthauses mit Außenküche - direkt am Pool. Die Kinder liebten die Boule-Bahn, Federball, Tischtennis und Frisbee. Der Hund konnte sicher alleine gelassen werden, da das gesamte Gelände umzäunt ist. Auf dem Gelände gibt es genug Platz für 2-4 Autos. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig (5-10min) tolle Bäckereien, schöne Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und überall viel Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns in dieses Haus, die Gegend und Südfrankreich verliebt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Belle location de vacances

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans ces maisons de vacances. Les maisons sont spacieuses, bien entretenues et décorées dans un style provençal très charmant. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix et la piscine est un atout majeur pour se détendre après des visites. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et toujours disponibles. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool und einem großen Außenbereich

Das Ferienhaus mit dem großen Pool und dem großzügigen Außenbereich war einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation und der Checkin/ out waren sehr freundlich. Trotz der warmen Temperaturen war es im Haupthaus angenehm kühl. Die Ausstattungen im Innen und Außenbereich ließen keine Wünsche offen und alles war super. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund in Montauroux sehr wohl gefühlt und können es allen sehr empfehlen, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Très agréable séjour

Excellent séjour dans une maison avec tous les Conforts possibles ! Superbe décoration, tout est disponible dans la maison pour cuisiner, s’amuser, profiter .. Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Nous avions également loué la dépendance. Tout est mis à disposition pour que la location se passe au mieux et tout est très fonctionnel, notamment la cuisine extérieure qui très pratique. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Propriété provençale pleine de charme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette propriété provençale pleine de charme ! Elle est idéalement située pour découvrir et randonner dans le pays de Fayence et le massif de l'Esterel ! A l'arrière saison la nature est magnifique ! Les 2 maisons sont très bien équipées, spacieuses, confortables. Les extérieurs sont supers également ! Rien à redire, tout était parfait !

Für französische Verhältnisse eigentlich sehr sauber. Die Couchs im Wohnzimmer sind eine Zumutung!

Da die Couchs im Wohnzimmer nicht nutzbar waren, haben wir Gartenstühle ins Wohnzimmer gestellt.......... Sonnenschirm gleich zu Beginn kaputt gegangen, keinen adäquaten Ersatz über 3 Wochen! Wasser im Pool nach Gewitter gekippt, konnte nicht mehr hergestellt werden..........

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Umgebung

Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sowohl die Küche innen, als auch die Outdoor Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hatte im Nebenhaus sogar noch eine dritte Küche gegeben, die wir aber nicht benötigt haben. Im Haupthaus sind zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und an das Wohnzimmer ist auch noch ein Bürobereich mit potentieller Schlafgelegenheit angeschlossen. Im Nebenhaus haben unsere 4 Kinder geschlafen. Das ging gut, da dort nochmal zwei Schlafzimmer (eines als Durchgangszimmer mit Galerie) waren und der Weg zwischen Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus und Nebenhaus sehr nah ist. Das Wohnzimmer war auch sehr gemütlich und es gab einen Fernseher mit DVD Player. WLAN hat auch prima funktioniert. Der Garten ist ein Traum und unser Hund hat es sehr genossen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt und wird regelmäßig gereinigt, unsere Kinder fanden es super. Auch toll war, dass das Haus am Ende einer kleinen Starße liegt und man es somit sehr ruhig hat. Vom Haus sind es knapp 10Min zu Fuß zum Bäcker. Zum Einkaufen fährt man mit dem Auto ca 10Min den Berg hinunter, aber es gibt auch am Hauptplatz im Ort einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Monteauroux selbst ist auch sehr hübsch. Aber man kann auch sehr viel unternhemen. Für Ausflüge ans Meer, an den See oder in die umliegenden Städte hat das Haus eine super Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
