We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very well appointed and the owners were extremely helpful. We would certainly rent it again. The pool is really good with fantastic views. We did quite a few day trips and all very easy. The local towns have some great restaurants.

Wonderful place!

We had an amazing week at Laurent's place! The house is fantastic, the view stunning and Laurent and his wife are fabulous and very helpful hosts. The only regret we had was not booking for two weeks as time flies too fast such a place - we will correct that next time as we will for sure return.

A lovely villa with incredible views and brilliant location. The pool area is fabulous and the kitchens and living areas have everything you could need. Plenty of bathrooms for our family holiday of 4 adults and 2 teens. Excellent communication with Laurent and Suzy, and a very warm welcome. 10 min walk to the village square and boulangeries, short drive to Lac St Cassien and aquapark/SUP/pedalos. Highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful villa in an amazing location...

The villa was fantastic, lots of space both inside & outside, extremely well equipped and a stunning view. The villa is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk, to local shops. Take time to have a coffee in the square before heading to the boulangerie to pick up your daily croissants & baguettes - freshly baked - highly recommended! Our hosts, Laurent and Suze, were very hospitable and helpful. We are booking for next year and cannot wait to visit again.

We spent two weeks in beautiful Bella Vista in Montauroux. The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends . The pool and the outside kitchen and area was used every day . So wonderful to come home to after exploring the little towns of the Var. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house - everything we needed. Laurant and Suzes were warm and welcoming

Perfect!

We spent a lovely holiday in this very comfortable house. You have everything you need for a pleasant time : air conditioning, swimming pool with sunbeds, two kitchens including one by the pool, and an amazing view. The place is really quiet. There is a large garden and parking place. Laurent and Suzie are very kind hosts, always keen in giving good recommendations about the places to visit in the area and they know the best restaurants! We will come back for sure. Thanks again Laurent and Suzie!

Cliffside luxury retreat

This fully-appointed, 3-story custom-crafted, villa perched high enough to see the Mediterranean is a family's perfect retreat. Each level has an outdoor, furnished lounge/eating area and 2 floors boast full kitchens. All bedrooms have AC, TV, movies, and books. Two bedrooms have lofts, which is exciting for kids sharing rooms. Walking distance to Montauroux (beautiful local village), short drive to Lac de Saint-Cassien, and less than an hour from Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Aix and numerous other points of interest. The owners take extreme care to ensure the cleanliness and quality of the property and pool so that your stay is luxurious. You will not want to leave!

Nice villa with a nice view, many places to sit and be both inside and outside and to adapt to your needs and activity. Several social areas and the possibility of privacy. Many practical things such as a washing machine, several showers and toilets make logistics easier. Very nice pool with a nice area around to be at. We have been 3 generations, including 2 children, and everyone has enjoyed the week. It has been easy to make excursions in the area and to the sea. Of all the houses we have lived in the last 35 years in France, this is one of the top two.

Tolle Ferienwoche in Montauroux

I am a self- employed pool installator.
I bought this house in 2000 (it was a small house at the time), and I decided to renovate and extend the intial one storey into this three floor extravaganza!
I know that people appreciate being in this exceptional villa and I am happy and proud to accommodate my guests to the best of my ability. I look forward to welcoming you soon.

Prior to 2000, I lived in the Alpes Maritimes.
However, once I discovered Montauroux and the potential to build a dreamhome away from the bustle of the coast, there was no going back! I love being in the countryside surrounded by greenery and close to the nature.

This villa is spacious, and exceedingly well equipped.
It was built with 8-11 people in mind which is reflected in its layout.
The location of Bella Vista sells itself.
It is south facing, with spectacular views and a majestic pool.
Bella Vista is located just 5 minutes walk from the picturesque village of Montauroux-childhood home of Christian Dior, is the perfect holiday retreat.
Montauroux which is quintessentially provencal is situated just 20 minutes behind Cannes and 45 minutes from Nice Airport
