Perfect for our crew

We had a wonderful time at this location! It is spacious, the beds are comfy and it has all amenities needed with a big back yard and a handy grill. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful house with so much to do in the area!

We had a wonderful time. We went to the community pool, floated the river, swam in the lake… and got to come home to this BEAUTIFUL house! Hosts were so kind and responsive. Next time I come to Canyon Lake, it will be here!

THE cutest little country house!!

The pictures do not give this place justice!! It is so cute and the balcony/patio was a gauge hit for the group that I had along with the HUGE backyard!! The hosts were awesome throughout the entire trip and left all the necessities that I needed! I couldn’t be more pleased to be their very first occupants!

BEST VRBO EVER!!!

Truly one of the best VRBO experiences ever. The attention to detail in all the little things was beyond a 5 Star Hotel. Mattress with comfortable topper and fabulous sheets was a plus. 3 Bedrooms downstairs with a living area and pull out couch. The kitchen and 'Great room' living area upstairs with deck was amazing. Plenty of room for adults to hand out in one area while the kids played games in the separate area. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary supplies. There was option of Keurig and regular coffee maker. We brought our own stash of favorite coffee, but there was some provided. The location could not have been better. We were able to go to Fredericksburg, Wimberly, New Braunfels, Gruene (The Grist Mill A MUST). Look for the lady bug painted rocks in the front yard. We were going to add to the collection but local store did not have paints. We will definitely come back next year!! Thanks for the best hospitality

Annual River Trip

The house was great. The owners were very fast in communicating. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of games in the house for adults and children. The view out back on the patio was awesome. Really nice and spacious

There were 7 of us and there was a ton of room for everyone. The inside of this place is pretty nice and was pleasantly surprised to see 'extras' in the home such as toilet paper, paper towels, seasonings, etc that some places do not have. Communication with the Owners was awesome when we needed something.

Great location!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! Great space for our family, well stocked kitchen, and fantastic location close to the lake. The only negative about the location was a sharp turn to get into the neighborhood which made us a little nervous when pulling our boat. Other than that, no complaints! Thank you!

There are three streets off 306 to come in. I use Halm Dr close to the traffic light and 3424. It is easier to get in and out. The other two are Canyon Acres and Lonesome. There is a boat storage off Halms Dr. I’m glad you had a good time. We love to accommodate our guests. Thank You!

The perfect spot

This had to be the perfect spot for us when we visited. It’s right next to the lake and it is very close to the tubing areas of the Guadalupe. A gorgeous neighborhood full of deer, foxes, and other wildlife. Absolute beautiful sunsets off the deck. We had a great time.
