Nestled on a serene 1-acre property this ranch style 4-bedroom, 2-shower room house is an inviting retreat & the perfect destination for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway with modern comforts. Through the year this home is also the training base for World Champion WCMX athlete Tomas Woods, and we chose it for its private and calm environment, whilst being close to everything we need every stay contributes directly to his training and competition costs.

Upon arrival, the electric gate with a convenient keypad entry system welcomes you to the enclosed grounds. Your secure and seamless entry is complemented by discreet, non-monitored security cameras covering the yard and expansive parking areas, enhancing the overall safety and security of the property.

Once you have parked up you will find the covered porch which is furnished with comfortable chairs and coffee table beside the front door which leads directly into the open plan living/dining/kitchen space and the heart of the home with 65" Roku smart TV, cosy large sofa, dining table that seats 8 and large well equipped kitchen plus direct access to the rear covered porch also furnished with comfortable seating and coffee table plus outdoor games including Cornhole and Giant Jenga.

On the left of the main living room, you will find:

The master suite at the rear with its own direct access to the porch, a spacious bedroom with King bed and sumptuous bamboo sheets, nightstands and lamps with charging ports perfect for your phone and other gadgets, Roku smart TV, walk in closet with higher and lower-level rails.
The private master suite shower room comes with his and hers sinks surrounded by built in drawers and additional closet space, toilet room and large walk-in shower.

The Twin room with two twin XL beds, nightstand where you will find a range of games for the family to enjoy and a double hanging rail.

These two bedrooms are separated by the laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, steamer, and a variety of cleaning implements so your well equipped for any spillage that may occur.

On the right of the main living room through the barn doors you will find:

2 Queen rooms separated by the family shower room.

Queen room 1 at the rear of the property has its own direct access to the porch, a Queen bed with sumptuous bamboo sheets, nightstands and lamps with charging ports perfect for your phone and gadgets, Roku smart TV and closet.

Queen room 2 at the front of the property comes complete with Queen bed with sumptuous bamboo sheets, nightstands and lamps with charging ports perfect for your phone and gadgets, Roku smart TV and closet, and a desk with comfortable office chair.

Families with little ones will find amenities like a Pack 'n’ Play which fits easily into any of the four bedrooms with its own soft bamboo sheets, highchair, booster seat to attach to a dining chair, and a toddler step in each shower room.

Outside

The property is on a corner lot with the house set to take advantage of the space at the front for greenery and parking with a good size area to the side of the property but the rear of the lot with trees and a nice flat area for the fire pit. To the rear of the house there is a fenced in garden perfect for children to play while you relax on the overlooking rear porch.

Step onto either the front or rear covered porches, where you will find inspiration and tranquillity. Both porches are furnished with comfortable chairs and coffee table the rear porch enjoys sun rise while the front porch enjoys the Texas evening sun.

Designed as a single-story haven, this home ensures easy accessibility for guests. We have incorporated features to create a comfortable and inclusive space, making it an ideal choice for individuals with mobility challenges. For added convenience, there is a wheelchair platform in the parking area, step free entrance and shower chair is available upon request. we are aware that each person’s needs are vastly different so please reach out to us directly for specific information to ensure this property is suitable for your needs.

Location

Situated in the charming community of Fischer, your stay not only immerses you in the tranquillity of the Texas Hill Country but is close to activities such as Canyon Swim Beach just mins from your door or why not explore nearby wineries, hiking trails, tubing on the Guadalupe River or maybe the shops and restaurants are more your style.

In the Hill Country wild deer run free please be careful driving especially in the evening as they can dart across the road unexpectedly. Deer visit our land almost daily although that can be in the early hours of the morning so you may not see them, in May/June the Fawns are born at this time we leave the gate for the back garden open this is to stop the new Fawns being trapped as they can’t jump too high and can find themselves trapped on occasion if you see one please keep your distance so you don’t accidentally frighten them.

Additional Features: Your stay comes with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating. There is ample parking spaces for multiple vehicles there’s even room for you to bring your boat ideal for those visiting canyon lake just minutes away.
