Beautiful small village house, very sunny, overlooking the Provençal tile roofs, La Belle Etoile offers an exceptional view of the Tuf rock, characteristic of Cotignac. 100 m2 house, whose interior has been completely renovated with traditional materials, and tastefully decorated. Ideal for vacations



The house offers all the comfort with, on the ground floor:

- a large living room arranged around the fireplace, promises warm moments, TV and DVD,

- a redesigned (larger and more comfortable) and equipped kitchen (refrigerator - freezer, oven and induction hobs, kettle and coffee machine) open to the dining room and overlooking the southwest-facing garden. A French window gives you access to the terrace, then to the garden accessible by a few steps. Large windows allow you to admire the panoramic view of the Notre Dame de Grâces hill, the numerous roofs of the village and the tuff "Rock".

- Toilets and hand-washing facilities are also installed on the ground floor.



Upstairs, the two bedrooms have an exceptional view:

- Room 1 is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) with Air Conditioning

- Room 2, with 2 single beds (90×200) with Air Conditioning

- A bathroom equipped with a large shower, two washbasins, a toilet, and the washing machine.

Excellent séjour à Cotignac

La situation du logement, en plus d'un cadre magnifique, il permet de bien rayonner en Provence verte, le village de Cotignac est très convivial et propose de nombreuses animations. Le logement est également parfait même avec deux enfants en bas âge (5 et 3 ans).

Beautiful home

A lovely comfortable and welcoming home with everything you need to feel at home. We loved the outlook from the back patio and enjoyed the views while drinking our coffee and breakfast there every morning. A pleasant walk to the township and a short drive to wineries and lakes. Would definitely stay again.

Méson très confortable dans une site d'exception

La maison est très confortable, à l'intérieur rien ne manque, elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le jardin propose une vue à couper le souffle sur le Rocher de Cotignac, la nuit c'est féérique. Un seul bémol concerne l'aménagement du jardin et la terrasse qui ne dispose pas d'espace d'ombrage, c'est dommage mais cela n'a pas entaché un séjour parfait.

Sehr schönes Haus in alten Gassen

Das Haus Belle Étoile ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und hat innen alles, was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten, Waschmaschine, 2 Toiletten, eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders genossen wir die Nähe zum Centre Ville, die Wege durch das Städtchen, die Bars unter schattigen Platanen.... Was beim Haus fehlte, wäre eine Klimaanlage für die heißen Monate. Dank zweier Ventilatoren konnten wir dennoch ganz gut schlafen. Die Verwalterin sorgte sehr gut für uns. Was angesichts der Hitze gar nicht zu gebrauchen war, war der große Garten. Es gab einfach keinen Schattenplatz. Schattenspendende Bäume sind gerade erst gepflanzt, das reicht noch nicht. Schade. Auf dem Balkon wäre eine Markise von Nutzen. Und dann träumten wir von einer Abkühlung in einem Pool..... Aber das wussten wir vorher, dass es den hier nicht gibt.
