Great Service and a great Flat

Our stay was great. Every little Question we got, was answerd immediately. If we ever have to go to Huningue i would take this flat again.

Excellent base-camp for a family gathering

The property is spacious with loads of cupboard space. It is ideal for a family or friends get together. The location is in a quiet residential area, but proximity to the Euroairport and Basel makes it an ideal base. A good supermarket is only three minutes away for food and other supplies.

Excellent Location and Lovely Flat

Excellent value for the money! The flat has a perfect location. It is within walking distance to a supermarket, and two precious French towns, St. Louis and Huningue. Both towns have a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and shops. Colmar, France is 45 minutes away and the train station in Basil is about 6 km.

On a noisy main road. Place hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. No mugs, poor cooking equipment and unusable oven. Cupboards woodwork broken. Microwave was broken. Electrics questionable with some sockets not working.In bedrooms furniture worn and dirty, so we lived out of our suitcases. It’s a shame, because it could be a lovely apartment. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

Given incorrect flat

Title page lists flat with balcony, without being told move to a different flat without balcony. Was told I could use the garden if I want an outdoor space, but not possible with our young children asleep in the flat.

Die Wohnung wirkt auf dem Bild eigentlich gut und auch sauber. Aber die Bilder täuschen. Es ist alles sehr veraltet und herunter gekommen.Die Küchenschränke fallen auseinander, die Pfannen sind so verdreckt und verkratzt deswegen nicht nutzbar. Sehr sehr wenig Geschirr und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist auch schlecht.Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Das Ceranfeld also die Kochplatten waren schmutzig mit eingebrannten Fett. Die Toilette hat Urinstein es war echt unangenehm diese zu benutzen.Alles ungepflegt , schade um unser Geld. Für den Preis hätten wir auch andere Wohnungen in einem besseren Zustand haben können.

Sauberkeit mittel. Die Lage ist super. Charmante Wohnung, die aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Leider eine Riesenküche mit kaum Ausstattung. Es gab keine einzige Tasse, sehr wenig Geschirr, keine Kanne, Schüsseln etc. .

Il proprietario è stato disponibile, gentile, veloce nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è davvero grande e luminoso: ci sono tre letti singoli in una stanza, un letto matrimoniale nell'altra e un altro letto nell'enorme soggiorno. Tutti comodi.Viene fornito un asciugamano da doccia per ogni ospite, non quello da lavandino.E' un appartamento datato che ha dei pezzi d'arredamento bellissimi, come le sedie e il grande tavolo in ferro lavorato con piano in vetro, nel soggiorno. E altri logorati, come i mobili della cucina. Però il rapporto prezzo/qualità è buono.Cè un bagno con doccia, vasca e lavandino ed un altro con wc e un piccolo lavello.Non funzionavano i radiatori della cucina, del bagno e di una camera, ma c'erano a disposizione tre fornelli elettrici, due dei quali non si accendevano. Il terzo però (un radiatore elettrico ad olio), scaldava tantissimo, così come i termosifoni. Non ci sono stati problemi con la temperatura.Bisogna impostrare l'ora sul forno per accenderlo, premendo contemporaneamente i due tasti con le frecce. E per usare il piano cottura elettrico, si deve eliminare il blocco bambini tenedo premuto a lungo la spia con il simbolo del lucchetto.C'erano i calici da vino, ma non i bicchieri normali e per la colazione solo due tazze.La connessione wi-fi è veloce

Zufriedenheit und Erholung in Hüningue

Sehr schöne Stadt, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.Grosse Wohnung und mir hat die Küche besonders gefallen. Zwei Minuten Gehweg zum nächsten Supermarkt. Einfach ein schöner Ort für Urlaub. Paar Minuten entfern von Basel. Wir sind geeinig nochmal hin zu fahren. Es gibt dort viel au entdecken, erleben.

Ferienwohnung in Frankreich (Huningue)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war reibungslos. Die Wohnungsausstattung könnte besser sein: z.B. für vier Personen könnte mehr Geschirr und Badetücher sein.

Excellent choiice for kayaking vacation or Basel business travel

Jean-Paul was very welcoming and the apartment had everything that we needed. My wife and I were in Huningue for a four day mini-vacation for kayaking at the Huningue Parc des Eaux Vives. We were able to walk to the Parc des Eaux Vives and "La passerelle des Trois Pays" (Three Countries Bridge) which crosses the Rhine near the Parc des Eaux Vivesis at the border between France, Switzerland and Germany. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean, quiet, and secure. There is a large grocery store nearby. The apartment would also be excellent for people who will be going to Huningue for kayaking, or to Basel for a vacation or short term business travel.
