Amazing SUNSETS on the BAY+ WATERFRONT- 5 min walk to Beach+ Boardwalk

Bring your paddle board, kayaks, rafts, clamming gear and slip on into the bay off of the dock. Bring your bikes for a morning ride or head to the beach and boardwalk, only 2 blocks away. Watch the sunset or catch some sun rays. This is the place and location you want to stay.
Don't have a Kayak or SUP board, a couple of blocks from our place, Bahia Marina and Fishtails restaurant. Walk to this Marina and rent all kinds of fun activities to get you out on the water.
Our adorable unit on 26th street and bay is perfect for a couple or family and friends and sleeps 4 comfortably. No under 25 year old renters allowed. It is a newly remodeled 1 bed 1 bath bottom floor end unit filled with light and amazing views. Sit on the couch and watch the boats go by through the large windows in the living room. Or buy a bushel of crabs and eat out on our deck.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and the modern kitchen is fully equipped. There are a/c units and heat as well as ceiling fans throughout. The living area has a flat screen Roku enabled TV, sleeper sofa and dining area.
Park it and forget it! No need to drive your car, 1 spot provided with pass, additional parking along the street. Walk to the end of the street and catch the $4 all day/night bus that takes you anywhere you want to go in Ocean City. Walk to Jolly Rogers Amusement park for go carts, rides and water park, walk to mini-golf and ice cream. Dining on the bay? walk to great restaurants/bar like Fish Tails and BLU. Walk to restaurants/bars like Papies, Pit and Pub, Buxys, Coins and Mothers Cantina, open all year round, also have great food. Its all within walking distance and so much more. Stay on the bay and enjoy relaxing good times.

Sorry no boats or Jet skis. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets. Unit does not rent to groups or individuals under the age of 25. Ocean city has a strict noise ordinance and so does our neighbors who will enforce it. 10pm-8am quiet time.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash, dry and put away all dishes and utensils. Take out garbage from kitchen, bathroom and bedroom to dumpster at end of street. Put used towels in laundry basket.
Leave parking pass on dresser. Lock all windows and doors and close the blinds. Turn off ceiling fans and A/C units.
Turn down thermostat to 55 degrees in living room and bedroom(when staying with us in cooler months, and we hope you will!) Don't forget your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash, dry and put away all dishes. Deposit all garbage in the dumpster at end of street. Close blinds, turn off heat/AC and lock doors and windows.
No Diving off dock. 1 parking spot, display parking pass or run the risk of towing. Parking spots on street. Return parking tag at end of rental.
Ocean city noise ordinance 11pm-9am-quiet time. Take all belongings. Be kind and respectful to others

Cousins weekend together. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. Within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and more. Place was very clean and well stocked with everything that is needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

April and Andy's condo is perfect! It was beautifully decorated and great to walk out onto the dock overlooking the bay. The location was quiet, but easy to walk to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay for Music Festival

We came to Ocean City for the Oceans Calling Music Festival and found this place to be perfect for us. Quiet, beautiful inside, everything in working order, easy parking and very close to great breakfast places. It was wonderful to wake up and sit outside with morning coffee (provided by our hosts April and Andy) on the bay side. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable Hideaway

Awesome location with incredible sunsets. Quiet street, no thru traffic but close to everything. Small, cozy place, very clean, snack basket was waiting for us. Plenty of room with everything you need right on the bay.

Ocean City End of Summer Cruise

It was perfect for our long weekend there in Ocean City, right on the bay with a great view, kitchen was well equipped if we wanted to cook and not go out, even had a hair dryer and shampoo which was a good thing since I forgot mine.

Family trip

We booked the property for our daughters nationals dance competition. The property is very clean, with all amenities that were needed for our stay as a family of 4. The owners were absolutely wonderful! Located at the end of the street bayside made for a very quiet, peaceful stay, even over the 4th of July weekend! Short walk to many fun places/restaurants, even the boardwalk. Our family had a wonderful stay and would book again!

Beautiful condo in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, updated, and very bright and clean. Located right on the bay, it’s perfect for sunset views and not too far to the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! April was extremely helpful and communicative. She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, and check in / check out were seamless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend! The place was adorable. It is small but perfect for what we needed. Being right on the water was AMAZING! I loved sitting out there in the mornings drinking coffee. We had a few minor issues we needed help with and they were SO attentive and assisted immediately! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect in so many ways!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The property owners offered excellent communication. There was much thought into the little details of anything a renter may need. We especially loved sitting in the living room or out on the dock to watch the boats and listen to the water. It was a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, boardwalk and bus stop. Driving really isn’t necessary once you arrive. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

Constructions being done on second floor while trying to sleep.

We were not able to sleep and relax on Friday because they were doing constructions upstairs. Loud drilling and banging early in the morning. Construction Trash debris on the deck/peer area until 4pm. So that day was done.

The place was in a beautiful location - truly close to everything! The only thing that was unfortunate was the pullout bed on the couch was so uncomfortable (could feel the bars and supports through the thin mattress) my hubby just slept on the couch instead while me and the kids took the beds (which were REALLY comfortable) The AC worked great but was super loud. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet so I washed everything before using it. If there had been a vacuum I would have been able to sweep before we left (kids leave crumbs!) We really enjoyed our stay overall. Great hosts! Thanks!!

Great location and very clean!

I reserved this location on short notice with the hopes that one or two of my own family would be able to make it, which ended up not happening. I couldn't have picked a better place! It was cozy, yet spacious, recently renovated and very clean! I loved the decor of the condo! It was so comfortable and relaxing, even though I was by myself. My father and brother and his family were one block over. We are part of a large family that used to come to OCMD as kids 35 yrs ago and it had been decades since my dad had been back. While a lot has changed, we were able to still visit some of our old stomping grounds and make new memories! It was such a meaningful trip to be there with my dad. Owners were quick to respond to my inquiry and delivered check-in info on time as promised. Thanks for making this special last-minute trip so worry-free and lovely!

Wonderful owners

Due to Mother Nature, we had to cancel our trip to OC. I can’t comment on the property, but I can say the owners are wonderful people. I will absolutely book with them again. The system makes you rate on all categories, so based on my knowledge of OC and the communication I had with April and Andy, I feel comfortable giving them the highest marks.
