Ocean City is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom condo. This adorable property features a cozy queen bed, AC, WiFi, and a gorgeous view of the Bay. Guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere and take in the amazing surroundings. This very popular waterfront building located in mid-town Ocean City which provides a fully equipped 1st floor, 1 bedroom, (MAX 2 people) and 1 bath unit. This unit has brand new appliances, stove, stackable washer/dryer, refrigerator, and bed. We have fresh paint, new furniture throughout, new toilet, secure keyless entry, new blinds, & new windows. In August of 2023, the entire exterior was remodeled, all new decking, railing, stair towers, siding and a drip system in the ceiling so you can enjoy the porch even when it’s raining. Grab your coffee and watch the boats from the porch overlooking the bay, and watch the sun go down right from your porch. We even have a resident that will sometimes play the bagpipes as the sun is setting. No need to find parking at the beach, grab your towel, and sunscreen and walk across Coastal Highway to the beach. The Roland E. Powell Convention Center, is next door which hosts a variety of events year-round. You are within walking distance to many popular hot spots in Ocean City, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, OC Wasabi, a few blocks from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Secrets Bar/Nightclub, and too many bars and restaurants to list. Private boat slip and launch ramp is available to add to your rental for an additional $200.00 per stay, prior approval and registration required. Our condo amenities include:
1 Queen sized bed/Central air/ Full kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cookie sheets/ Keurig coffee maker/ Microwave/ Refrigerator/freezer/ In unit stackable washer and dryer/Cable tv/WiFi located in the bedroom and living room with Smart Tv. ONLY available for stays between June 1-September 20. Bedroom has 1 new queen bed. Breakfast table that seats 2 and a kitchen island that seats 3 more. Porch overlooking the bay with beautiful new polywood furniture to enjoy a meal or happy hour. Private/guarded off-street parking

Outside shower located near the entrance, in between building B and C. Bring your stand up paddle board or Kayak, this unit is within steps to the launch and boat dock. Fishing pier/cleaning station. Fishing is NOT permitted around boats. Waterfront picnic area and seating to watch the most breathtaking sunsets you'll ever see. If you are looking to rent a second unit for a family vacation/event, and would like to be close, please let me know, we have 2 side by side units and we have several friends with units at Bradley on the Bay. Important Notes: We will not rent our unit to high school students. Per condo rules, no (non owner) pets allowed
No smoking/vaping in the unit, or on the porch. Please obey condo rules listed inside the unit, and always be considerate of other families who are on vacation! Please bring your own beach/pool towels, toiletries, laundry soap, beach chairs, etc. We provide sheets, pillows, a bed cover, bath towels, a complimentary roll of toilet paper, paper towels & a fresh sponge. We will also provide dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent for you to use during your stay. Please note that we strive to provide these items to every guest, but are not guaranteed. We offer a linen service to all guests. This service will include: 6 bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towel, and bath mat. We will also provide you with a flat sheet, and fitted sheet for both beds, pillows and pillow protective cover. All you will need to bring is your beach/pool towels, as these items aren't included in this service. The cleaning service will make sure both of the beds are made, and the towels are left for you. Upon check-out, please leave all sheets, and towels for the cleaning service to take with them, if any items are missing, a fee will be assessed for replacement cost. I have provided a laundry basket for you to gather these items in. Parking: This unit has one assigned parking space. Clearly marked 124 (along bulkhead) Additional parking is available (metered) at the Convention center located next door. Note: if you are a guest staying with us between September 15th and June 1st, our local tv/internet provider has local service on a seasonal suspension, so only wi-if is provided!
