Peaceful villa with quality services at the gates of Haut-Var - Flayosc

Located in a green environment, this spacious Provencal villa is completely renovated and offers services of great comfort:

A master suite consists of a large bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with its toilet and a small adjoining room or nap corner. Large French windows give direct access to the swimming pool.

The common area consists of a dining room and a lounge with fireplace and a TV lounge (screen, dvd player, wifi, hi-fi).

A large kitchen also offers a perfectly equipped dining area: combined fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, various coffee machines and all the necessary equipment and utensils for the preparation of ready meals. An adjoining laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The ground floor also has a lobby and toilet.

The floor offers a magnificent terrace overlooking the forests and the Massif des Maures. It consists of four bedrooms (two single rooms, one double, one twin), a hall and a bathroom and toilet.

The rooms are equipped with wardrobes and bedding adapted to the seasons.

Easy to manage property

Property size and layout provided plenty of room. Kitchen/Utility very well equipped and easy to use and clean. Substantial, very clean pool area and pool was excellent.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time! The house was wonderful; enough space for 2 families, the garden was fantastic and the swimmingpool great! The water was perfect with temperatures above 30 degrees. Everything was clean and complete. We have no points of complaints because there is simply nothing to complain about. The owner (Claude) was very friendly and always at our service, just as our host Julie. We could recomment this to everyone!

Wir können nur sagen das dieses Objekt eines der schönsten Orte ist die man sich vorstellen kann!! Ruhig ordentlich und gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir würden uns nur wünschen, das bestimmte Dinge wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Reinigung im Inserat besser dargestellt werden, und auch das der Preis dazu geschrieben wird was es extra kostet!!! Ansonsten alles top und wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen!!!

Großartiges Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus und haben alles genossen. Die Kids haben den Pool geliebt, die Aussicht auf die Umgebung war der Wahnsinn und Flayosc, die kleine Stadt in 2km Entfernung, ist eine der zauberhaftesten kleinen Städte, die wir je besucht haben. Auch der Kontakt vor und während unseres Aufenthalt war stets einfach und hilfreich. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!!

Super séjour

Villa très confortable pour un séjour à 6 + 1 bébé et parfaitement conforme au descriptif et photos fournies. Lors d'une quinzaine caniculaire à Flayosc, nous avons vraiment apprécié les chambres climatisées et la superbe piscine. Pour les repas, la plancha est très bien, tout à fait adaptée pour faire des grillades pour 6 personnes. Environs très calme, aucun vis-à-vis, le centre de Flayosc est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, et Draguignan à 15 minutes. Avec le propriétaire, M. Rochette, la communication était aisée et parfaitement claire.

Séjour parfait.

Propriété totalement conforme au descriptif, voire même mieux, tant il y a des petits détails qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Endroit très calme. La maison est agencée et équipée de façon optimale et hyper confortable. Piscine sublime. Propriétaire très disponible pour toute question. Un séjour parfait.

Our second visit!

We had another very enjoyable stay at Les Rapiettes. The house is very comfortable especially the pool area and dining terrace which is of a very high quality. The Air Con is very welcome in the 2 bedrooms which have it. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine by the pool every evening. The property manager Ines was always extremely helpful. We hope to come back next year!

Fantastische villa in een rustige omgeving

Net een weekje verbleven in deze prachtige woning, de woning en tuin zijn zeer goed verzorgd. Het zwembad was lekker verfrissend en zeer groot 12 x 4m. Met 2 gezinnen was dit een perfecte locatie, 5 min naar de bakker, kleine boodschappen op 5 min. Supermarkten op een kleine 15 min. rijden. Van de eigenaar kregen we een welkom boekje met allerlei tips om de omgeving te verkennen, dit hebben we dan ook gedaan. Tourtour vond ik dan persoonlijk het gezelligste dorpje van de omgeving. De eigenaar reageert zeer snel op eventuele vragen. Graag komen we hier nog eens terug!

Heerlijk huis in rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben drie heerlijke vakantieweken gehad in dit prachtige huis. We waren met zn zessen: grootouders, kinderen en 2 kleinkinderen . We hadden veel ruimte in en om het huis. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is prachtig en ook het zwembad is heerlijk. Er ontbreekt niks aan het huis, wat op rustige plek ligt. Zowel de eigenaar als de huisbewaarster , Inès waren makkelijk bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam! We komen zeker terug! Josephine van der Waals

A beautiful villa

We spent two weeks at Les Rapiettes and communication was always excellent. Inès, our property manager was very helpful especially when we realised there was not enough bedding! She went out of her way to sort this out for us very quickly! She was able to advise me also when local works meant there was no water for a few hours. The outside of the villa is particularly well appointed and the pool is fantastic. We are hoping to return next year, as it was so wonderful. One small point for improvement: it would be useful to have more than one tea towel provided- we had to buy some more! All in all I would highly recommend this villa.

Formidable !

Super séjour à Flayosc, propriété avec une vue à couper le souffle, belle piscine, maison bien agencée, fonctionnelle pour un groupe de 8 personnes dont 4 enfants. Le livret d’accueil est très bien fait et les recommandations du propriétaire d’un bon conseil , Tourtour (et son restaurant La Farigoulette), Cotignac, Villecroze… sont des lieux à ne pas manquer. Nous avons fait de super balades à VTT, les départs des parcours sont à proximité de la maison. Si nous avons un reproche à faire, c’est uniquement la température de la piscine qui était à 26c pendant les 15 jours, c’est un peu frais. Flayosc est un beau village provençal, on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut (restaurants, boulangerie, pharmacie, bars…). Beau marché le lundi matin. Nous garderons de bons souvenirs de ce séjour.

Villa très agréable

Ville très agréable sur terrain clos à l'abris des regards. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Le village de Flayosc est superbe avec commerces et restaurants mais pas trop touristique

Absolutely perfect

Truly amazing property to stay in. From the moment we met Mrs Evers, the caretaker, who showed us round and explained everything we needed to know we knew we had made a good choice to stay in this house! The pictures don't do it justice as its much better! Communication with Mrs Evers and the owner, Mr Rochette before we went was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them. The view of the hills in the distance is magical, especially first thing in the morning as the sun rises and you sit with a coffee in the outside kitchen area! Lots to see and do without having to travel too far from the house and a couple of lovely restaurants in Flayosc which is only a few minutes by car from the house. I'm sure we will return one day and a huge thank you to Mr and Mrs Rochette and Mrs Evers.

A very nice house with beautiful view and secluded. We were very happy with our stay.

The house has everything you need as a family and the possibility to enjoy the great weather relaxing in or by the pool. Close to Carrefour for shopping essentials and easy to access by car. Also near by wineries and nice small villages.
