I absolutely love come here!! The best host and the best place to be. The nature, being secluded with nature, but close to attractions is the best of both worlds!
What a great little cabin. I stayed there with my dog while in the area for a couple of days and will definitely stay there again. It is very close to I 40, but feels you are in the middle of nowhere. The cabin has everything you need - comfy bed, hot shower, and a small kitchen and is super cozy.
This was the first time my wife, my 2 Boston Terriers and I just stayed 3 nights at Beaver Creek cabin, and we enjoyed it immensely. Tammy and Venus were great hosts and easily reachable. Check-in and check out were smooth, and the amenities were as described. It’s a slice of serenity away from the crowds. We’ll be back!
What a great secluded get away spot for the outdoorsy type. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the grounds. Be sure to drive to the peace pagoda for a great view and some perspective.
Stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend ..It was a very nice place. A little small but very nice.We loved the hot tub..Will recommend and will come back again..
The location, scenery and overall ambiance were wonderful.Check in process was smooth and we got to experience light snow for a little bit.The hike up the trail to the cabin was unsteady and I recommend being physically active or fit to stay at the Beaver Creek cabin brcause of the rocky walk up.Other than that the cabin was clean, neat and extremely cozy nestled in a serenely quiet forest area.We would certainly be back. Thank you!
This place is awesome. The drive up there was fun for me, all the winding roads and gravel. The little house itself was super cute and cozy. It’s exactly what I needed. The hot tub was perfect too. The only downside was the walk to get up to the house. I stumbled a few times but it was well worth it.
We came here for our 10 10 year anniversary and it did not disappoint! Getting to the cabin was a bit of an adventure but so well worth it! There was a small pond with decorative wood signs and rocks, could hear a stream, and even though there were two other cabins near us we still had plenty of privacy. The cabin itself was super clean and perfect for our trip! The only recommendation I have (for this specific cabin) is to have a rope or rail to help the not so athletic people get up to the cabin a bit easier.
Was a little hard to get to driving in and accessing the cabin, wasn’t expecting that, but made due with a longer walk around the “mountain” by the cabin in front the pond. The location of the cabin is wonderful and has a personal gazebo style place to sit and relax or can enjoy the hot tub or a camp fire. The people we met were so nice and friendly!! Shout out to Ms. Tammy’s brother, he made conversation about the area and things to do. Spoke about good places to eat and even told us about the buffet going on that Friday night!! Very serene and peaceful!!! The pets around the area made for laughs and good company!! Cats were so sweet and friendly, I would have loved to have taken one home!! This specific cabin/shack not recommended for those with difficulty hiking or walking on the side of a “mountain”. Would definitely stay at the location again, but I would look at a different “cabin” as they have several to chose from!!

NO PRIVACY
I wasn't very pleased with the location of this cabin. I was told the cabin was secluded and no one could see you in the hot tub. I thought we were going to be totally secluded with privacy as seen in the photos. Once we arrived, you have to walk 300+ ft (through someone else's cabin area) to actually get to the cabin you're staying in. The cabin and owners were very nice but just not what you see in the photos. You are literally on top of one another. BUT, the owners did refund our money , we just know this isn't the place for us next time.

As stated in the description parking is 300 ft (when you park on the dam) or 600 ft on the top of hill (at the assigned additional parking).
The Hot Tub directly at your cabin is secluded and no other guest can see to it . There is even a privacy fence that was installed to make sure of this. When standing at Beaver Creek you will see Tiny Fox cabin 300 ft away and Tiny Owl 600ft away, but they cant see you due to the fact that Beaver Creek cabin is setting on the highest point of this part of the property. We had for Beaver Creek 35+ 5* reviews that even mentioned how peaceful, relaxing and secluded the cabin setting is.
If you check in to normal check in hours (4pm to 9pm) we can assist you as well with your luggage by using our golf cart. This guest checked not even in and gave us even a1* in "Cleanliness".
Perfect cabin for two. Surrounded by woods and nature with a pond and hiking trails nearby. Staff was very prompt and would take care of any needs right away. I am hoping to return again soon!
This tiny cabin was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We wanted a getaway in the mountains away from the beaches in Jersey, and that is exactly what we got. It was perfect. Very well kept, cozy bed and the hot tub was great after days of hiking. Can’t thank the host and staff enough!
My husband and I stayed here with our baby and dog. We had such a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Felt much like camping with all the amenities. Tammy and the other staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The tiny home itself is so cute and cozy. Pictures do not do it justice. It's sitting on top of a hill and there is lots of privacy. We were even able to pet some of the farm animals they have on property and order breakfast in the morning. It is close enough for a walmart and main attractions but far enough out in the mountains to enjoy nature's tranquility. This cute little home was perfect for us and we can't wait to come back!

Why they chose this property
My family is from Del Rio, just right down the road from Newport, Tennessee , and no matter how far I’ve traveled, this place has always been home to me. I’ve explored the beauty of different landscapes across the world, and while every place holds its own magic, there’s something special about coming home that settles the soul.
What makes this property unique
This area is a unique property of perfect balance of seclusion, natural beauty, and adventure—all just steps away from the Cherokee National Forest. Spanning over 650,000 acres, this is Tennessee’s largest public land, bordering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Incredible biodiversity, home to hundreds of species of plants and wildlife, peaceful streams, and rich ecosystems that support black bears, deer, and songbirds. I love the wild beauty that this area has.
