Stayed here with a group of friends. House was clean, beds were very comfortable. Karen was helpful when needed, although we didn’t need to communicate much. The house was appropriately stocked with necessities. Backyard was beautiful and so enjoyable for our stay. Would stay here again!

Villa Falls is a great place to stay in LaQuinta. The enclosed backyard with pool and hot tub (and lemon tree) is such a relaxing area to sit in. The home has plenty of amenities and is very close to where the Paribus tennis is. One can walk to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well and the owners are very easy to communicate with.

Our Family really enjoyed our stay - 5 adults and 2 children, 7 and 12. Four nice bedrooms, plenty of room, and the beds/matresses were first class. Pool and hot tub were the center attraction, heated perfectly and no extra charges. Both were professionally cleaned twice a week. Giant beach towels provided. Gas grill was in great condition and well stocked with propane. Keurig coffee maker for early risers who don't want to start pot of coffee, well stocked with assortment of coffees. Wine cooler fridge that doubles as a beer cooler down to 36 degrees. Convenient location to everything. We had a wonderful time on our 4th time in Palm Springs.
