Property was well represented in the listing. The location was perfect. Parking was very practical. The lazy river was not available, but we never used the pools as the beach was so close. The beach was great. Apartment was a little noisy at night, but not unbearable and mostly done by 11 pm. I would love to stay in this property again. Most importantly, the kids loved it.

A little extra would’ve gone a long way

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a condo, that did not include at least two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and at least one roll of paper towels and the expectation was that if you’re paying for a kitchen, you would have dish towels. Management company wants you to run the dishwasher but does not provide soap either dish soap or dishwasher soap. I am quite well traveled and have stayed in many places with different management companies never had this issue. The location was beautiful walking distance to all the things we wanted to see and do great beach nice layout to the condo and building amenities. Mattresses and some furnitureseemed a bit worn.

I hate that the paper products not being provided dampened the spirit of your vacation. We do provide a list well in advance of what items are not provided as a courtesy so that this does not happen. With regards to the furnishings, they were replaced this past year during the unit renovations. We would love to host you again and will make sure that you receive at a least a starter roll of toilet tissue and paper towels.

The Ashworth needs some major upgrading. Waterlines burst while we were there. Just looked old and worn. Only enough towels provided for one day so you have to wash towels everyday-the towels were thin and not very large! The ice maker was froze up and would not dispense the ice.—as it would melt it ran into the floor. Pots and pans and utensils could use an upgrade. The unit was not clean. Our bedspreads had sand on top of them when we arrived!! The outside area was beautiful and very well kept!!

Condo was perfect -

Grand strand realty was awesome. Easy to book our unit, easy to communicate with, they have clear instructions on what we were responsible for and what we needed to know. We will definitely use them next year. Our unit was very clean, I really can't complain about anything. It seems that the units need updated a bit, done if the trim work was broken and some other small minor things. We decided to find another condo next year, time to try something new and more kids oriented. It just didn't feel like the ashworth usually does. They're were a few unit owners down by the pool and they gave off a bad vibe, like we were bothering them. They complained about my kids having they're feet in the hot tub even though they weren't bothering anyone. Plus the rules stated as long as they are with an adult that kids can sit in the hot tub too, but whatever. Not a big deal, I had them get out, I just don't understand why they even came over since they weren't even in the hot tub. All in all. Another great year in North Myrtle Beach. Can't wait for next year
