711 Mar Vista Grande, the premier resort in North Myrtle Beach, is surrounded by all the activities your family and friends could want to make a perfect beach getaway. The space is ideal for those who love the sounds of the ocean waves and wish to be within a close proximity to all kinds of activities; ditch the alarm clock and enjoy generous floor plan offering a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath, direct oceanfront condo that will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.

Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.

Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival.

Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.

Pets are not permitted.

Check in was fast. Kitchen was great with all necessary items to cook with. The only thing about kitchen was there was no pantry or cupboard space to put food we had brought with us. Too many dishes and cups. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. As well as bathrooms. Loved the pool and short walk to beach.

Mar Vista was wonderful, clean and beautiful! Our family enjoyed our stay/vacay so much and want to return next year. Maryann and Ric were responsive to my inquiries and were so helpful! Highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a vacation in Myrtle Beach!

Pools and cabana bar are a nice touch to top off the amazing views….would come back to stay in a heartbeat. 3 full bathrooms really helped as well. Thanks for sharing your property with our family!

A week in heaven

Clean, comfortable, excellent layout, beautiful ocean view. All the amenities you can ask for. I really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and other beach items located in the storage lockers that we were allowed to use during our stay. This is an excellent perk for those flying in and can't take chairs with them. Communication was excellent.

A slice of Heaven

Having stayed at The Mar Vista Grande, I am familiar with the check in process and what this resort has to offer. The VRBO did keep stripping my email in correspondence with the property owners which made it difficult to get instructions about check in, entry access codes etc. my hosts Ric and Maryann are terrific, very responsive and thoughtful. The condo was just perfect from color schemes, to colorful coordinating bedrooms and bathrooms and delightful balcony furniture. I loved having morning coffee in the glider on balcony watching the tide and hearing ocean sing. The hosts of this property made sure there are thoughtful additions such as device charging cables in case you forgot yours at home, and a trunk of fresh and rolled towels for beach and pool use too. The only downside was since I have a high top vehicle Toyota 4Runner with special luggage rack on top, I utilized the parking spot designated for such. It was not crowded so no competition for parking in garage. The facility kept placing “warning” on my windshield to park on upper levels in season, I guess they thought it was July because that was the month written on warnings. Overall, the property and hosts of 711 Mar Vista Grande did not disappoint and I highly recommend this wonderful stay!

This condo is in good location. Very comfortable and accommodating. Large balcony and plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breezes. Nice pools, hot tub and lazy river. This was our second stay and would stay again.

Great Accommodations

Very clean and fresh smelling upon arrival. Other than the rain that swept thru all week, it was great. The indoor pool and hot tub were a blessing. Probablt the best we have rented .

Perfect family getaway

We’ve been coming to North Myrtle for years and this was by far the most convenient place we’ve stayed. Check in and out couldn’t have been any easier. Also the cleanest one we’ve stayed too. Thank you for a great week. We will be back!!

Almost heaven

Like living a dream. Ocean front. Pools, lazy river, fully stocked, including beach chairs, close to most attractions, gated, felt safe, complex was clean and well maintained. Good communicarion, easy check in and out. BIG balcony. Easy booking, free parking garage. VERY FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE IS A VACATION DREAM COME TRUE. PLAN ON SPENDING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS!!!

Family getaway in Myrtle beach
