The house is located at 614 Central Ave. OCNJ- 4 short blocks from the beach.
We are located on the second floor.

This beautiful property is sure to please, located in the heart of Ocean City's Historic downtown. This phenomenal location is just blocks from the beach, boardwalk, mini golf, rides and the music pier. The downtown Asbury Ave shops and restaurants are literally one block right behind you. Enjoy everything ocean city has to offer without having to drive anywhere.
This well-appointed home has beautiful hardwood floors though out, a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a beverage fridge in the kitchen, so you'll always have a cold one to enjoy after a hot day on the beach.
We have 10 seasonal beach tags, 8 beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella so you can enjoy the beach all day long without having to overload your car on the way here.

Don't feel like going out to dinner? We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a weber BBQ grill for your convenience. Want to dine al fresco? Eat out on our covered patio and enjoy the fresh summer breeze while enjoying a relaxing dinner. But save room for dessert, because up on the boardwalk you'll find all kinds of goodies, like ice cream, funnel cake, monkey bread...all just a few short blocks away.
This Downtown beauty is sure to please.

Beautiful home, clean, pretty close to beach. Open concept for our party of 10 to enjoy each other. Many beds which were very comfortable. Owner Missy readily available. Overall, just a great home for a vacation.

Comfortable and Well-Equipped

The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The balcony is a nice outdoor space, and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to shops, the grocery store and a playground for the kids.

Beautiful and Spacious

We had a quick 2 night visit and the place did not disappoint! The kitchen and dining room area is open and gorgeous. We loved the cozy and private balcony area. The rooms were a nice size with lots of beds to choose from! The beach chairs were in great shape. The owner was very friendly and quick with responses. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place for families

Three generations - age 1 - 75 years - had a wonderful Ocean City vacation here. This rental was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. The stairs up to the second floor entry were a bit challenging for one family member. But everything else worked beautifully for the families. The property manager was helpful and responsive.

Ocean City Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having the gas grill. I was a little concerned with the distance to the beach and boardwalk because we had young children with us but it turned out to be no problem at all. And it was nice to have Asbury Avenue close by.

Property manager responsive. Downstairs neighbors friendly. Appreciated beach chairs etc. for the price linens should have been provided. It was end of season so furniture and carpets had seen a lot of traffic.

Good location

The property isn't large, but well laid out & near to OC businesses. The common space (living room, dining area & kitchen) were fine for 8 people, but I think it would be crowded for 12 or more. I knew I had to bring linens & towels, but that was actually a bigger pain than I anticipated since it is three floors up to the apartment, plus another set of stairs to all the bathrooms & bedrooms. The stairs were a lot to deal with, especially for small children. At this price point, linens should be included. They also occupied a LOT of space in our vehicle. One caution: the twin beds are on metal frames that jut out past the mattresses by 6-8 inches. They presented a safety hazard to the small children. There is no place to hang bathing suits & beach towels, so I would imagine that could be a big challenge in summer months. We were there for a fall family get together though, and had a good time together.

Amazing atmosphere and property!

The hosts were very communicative once we arrived, and very accommodating for our needs. The house itself is stellar and clean, plenty of space (we were a party of 8), within a relaxed community. There’s an absolutely wonderful cafe just on the other side of the street (Jon and Patty’s) with two stories and great coffee. I didn’t want to leave! And when they say the house is fully stocked, they definitely mean it. Can’t wait to come back someday!
