Another great stay.

This was our second time staying at this property. Check in was super easy, the house was so clean and location is perfect. Enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the deck and the short walk to the beach each day. Can't wait to stay again!

Wedding stay

Stayed for wedding in Avalon including 102 year old mother in wheelchair. Elevator was a great feature. Furniture very comfortable. Great bathrooms. . Lock box a bit temperamental. We all felt very secure and had plenty of elbow room.

Easter weekend

We enjoyed our stay in the Gardens section of Ocean City! The house was clean, check in was easy and the location was great. Close walk to a beautiful beach. We would definitely recommend this house to others!

Spacious, Lovely Home in The Gardens - Just Perfect!

I've rented in Ocean City for many years. Bar none, this is the best place I've ever stayed at. This home is beautiful, with extra large bedrooms, plenty of space to spread out. It was a very comfortable place to chill for the weekend, and in a very good neighborhood. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to get to. Communication with Wayne, the owner, was top notch. The elevator was a plus, especially with a lot of luggage and elderly parents staying with us. Highly recommend this home. It doesn't get any better than this!

Quiet, Relaxing Weekend

We had a lovely, calm and relaxed weekend. The flat has a gas fireplace which made the room feel cosy even as it was sleeting outside. The kitchen area and open floor plan provided a nice space to just chat and relax with friends.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was as advertised and the elevator was a plus! The location was great - just a couple of blocks to both the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful section of Ocean City

We have stayed at Wayne's condo several time over the last five or so years. His property is always clean and spacious. The Gardens is a great place to stay, it's away from the busy part of the area by the boardwalk noise.

Enjoyed the home and neighborhood. beautifully kept and well maintained. We absolutely loved the front porch! Responsive host and very easy place with a senior adult. Would happily return on another visit to OCNJ!

Wonderful one week stay

Location was perfection! After biking around and checking the neighborhood out, this street is by far our favorite. Wayne was wonderful from check in to check out, ensuring our stay was everything we expected. Overall, a wonderful stay for our family of 4. Couldn’t have been happier.

Ocean city beach house

Great location. Loved having a garage and the driveway. Large rooms and comfortable. Would have expected the property to provide paper products like paper towels and toilet paper, but they did not. Would have liked to know that upfront so we would have brought with us.

Beautiful, immaculate home

Immaculate, well maintained and fully stocked. A spacious and bright home in an excellent location and charming neighborhood. Wayne is pleasant to work with and is very responsive. This was our second stay and we look forward to returning.

5/5 stars for Wayne and his wonderful home.

Wayne was a delight and made the check in process super easy. Offered a tour on the phone to make sure we understood where everything was and how to work all of the electronics - His place was immaculately clean and you can tell the property is well taken care of. We had a great time and will definitely be reaching out to rent this unit again next year for the OC Block Party!

My wife and I have been renting out our various properties since 1980 and we understand that providing outstanding service to our tenants is extremely important. We very much enjoy it when families come to our home and have a great vacation. This is much more than a rental business, it is rewarding to see people of all ages enjoy their hard earned vacation time. During the off season we also like to provide our places to families, couples and church groups for get away weekends.

I'm sure you will enjoy working with us. Our goal is to be honest and fair with all of our tenants while providing first class, new construction, clean and reasonably priced vacation rentals.

Ocean City is a wonderful, family oriented, safe town that always has something going on year round. The Gardens section of Ocean City in the North end, is very different from the rest of the island. It is not congested and it is very residential with lots of tree lined streets and grass yards. There are many permanent year round residents here. The 'Gardens' with its winding streets, reminds me more of Cape Cod than the typical 'grid' in other places in Ocean City.
