Our family invites you to stay in our own personal home away from home at Majestic Beach Resort Unit #2105 (Tower 2)- This newly updated condo is perfect for your Panama City Beach getaway! This gorgeous unit features a fully stocked kitchen, NEW furnishings, amazing views, and can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Enter into this open layout floor plan and find everything you need to have a relaxing vacation!

You will love cooking in this kitchen with the included amenities. There is a pantry for storage, a bar AND an island, along with tons of counter and cabinet space. We have all of the small appliances and utensils you will need, and you can take in the amazing beach views while enjoying your morning coffee! In addition to countertop seating, there is a dining area with new table ample seating for 4+, which is great for meals and for game nights. Step into the living area and relax on the NEW furniture while you watch movies on the large flat- screen HDTV with surround sound. There is also a wet bar with small sink and ice machine which is great for small coolers and long days on the beach. From the 21st floor balcony you can relax in the comfy rocking chairs while taking in stunning sunrises or sunsets.

The Master Bedroom is truly its own getaway- with a KING bed, new bedding, a flat screen TV and HUGE floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to your own entrance onto the balcony, you may never leave the room! There is plenty of storage, with its own en suite bathroom, which includes a HUGE vanity space, DOUBLE sinks, a separate soaking/spa tub and glass door shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed with a new Sealy mattress/box springs, a flat screen TV, a closet, a window and door accessing the bathroom. The Bunk Room has new Twin bunk beds with new Serta mattresses, its own flat screen TV, a window, a closet full of beach chairs/boogie boards/sand toys and a door for privacy- it is a great space for guests of ALL ages. The spare bathroom has a shower/ tub combination, full updated vanity and is easily accessible. There is also a NEW sleeper sofa in the living area.

With tile flooring throughout this unit, as well as modern decor and a light, airy feel, you will love everything about this property! You even have a FULL size washer and dryer in the unit, also the bathrooms are fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, & hair dryer, so everything you need is here for a perfect getaway.

We are owner managed. There is no checking in at the front desk. You will have immediate access to our condo once you arrive at your arrival time. Our lock is keyless and you will be given a code to use to access the condo during your stay. No waiting in lines at the front desk!

Secure parking deck, beach chairs in unit for use & wrist bands for everyone 12 years or older will be in the unit for you. Parking fee of $40 per vehicle ,and a $1.50 transaction fee with a limit of two cars per condo that will be paid separately through the resorts link sent to you via email associated with your VRBO ACCOUNT by Guestsvcs.com. All parking fees need to be paid prior to arrival as the gate will scan your license plate and open automatically for a very convenient entry to the parking garage . An additional $20 fee will be applied if the supplied number of wrist bands are not returned upon checkout (lost, broken, etc)
