We walked in to the pull out bed/couch un-folded with all the pillows sitting on top of the couch. Looks like previous guest or cleaners could not fold the couch back up after using the pull out bed, we also were unable to fold it back up so we were unable to sit on both couches. They do look like they need to be replaced. Besides that the stay was overall good. Perfect beach view. Room is right in front of elevators so it was convenient. Would stay here again.

Great unit

Check out at 9am and having to pay extra for a reasonable check out time was kind of annoying but overall it was a great stay. Clean unit. Resort is average quality for the price.

Lovely condo on a gorgeous beach

The condo was nice. Very comfortable. My complaint is that you are provided with very few essentials and you are not made aware that you need to purchase them until you have paid in full. I’m not saying that I wouldn’t have come but I should have had the option to make other plans if I didn’t like those conditions. The beach is so beautiful. You can’t beat the view but people put up their tents in the best spots and leave them up, leaving less than ideal spots left. Is this common at resorts? It is not permitted but it isn’t enforced. That said- the good outweighs the bad and I would go again.

There was a strong urine smell in the kitchen, and after messaging with the owner and guest services the issue was never resolved. The communication was terrible.
