This newly remodeled home offers classic mid-century lines and features like its post and beam ceilings, clerestory windows, and open living floor plan with a New Century, fruit cocktail color palette and modern furnishings and amenities. This is a definite pitstop for recharging your batteries and refueling your spirit!
PS Autorama’s open concept floor plan mixes casual living and dining spaces starting with a well-stocked kitchen with granite island counter space for four. The kitchen sits alongside the insta-worthy living room with contemporary furnishings, gas fireplace and large Smart TV. Just around the corner from the kitchen is the casual dining room with seating for 6 which easily doubles as your game/puzzle table.
Sliders lead out from these smartly furnished common areas to the back yard: multiple seating and lounging areas, al fresco dining for up to 8 and the gorgeously remodeled, large (15' x 30') pool and spa. Besides just sun soaking, pool floating and twilight meals, the back yard offers plenty of game space for croquet and cornhole (game sets graciously provided by the homeowner) plus room to roam for your furry four-legged friend.
The sleeping quarters at PS Autorama consists of a Master Suite as well as two guest bedrooms. These two guest rooms share a hallway bathroom. The Master Suite offers a King size bed, plenty of closet and storage space and slider exit from the bedroom and quick entrance exit to the pool are from the bathroom as well. The guest bedrooms offers one Queen size bed and one full size bed; both with slider access to the side/game yard.
Located in historic Racquet Club Estates, the birthplace of the Alexander mid-century aesthetic, you're just minutes from downtown, the airport and restaurants. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced: there is no music outside, at all, at any time of day. People noise at a reasonable level is certainly allowed during the day. You should enjoy the pool and your friends and family. However, audible people noise must cease by 10 PM. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Pool Heat is optional but available for $69/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
