Place was nice and clean. No issues and would definitely stay again. Neighborhood is nice and feels safe. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. Well furnished, equipped and maintained; enticingly decorated; and situated in a pleasant quiet neighborhood. Hosts/managers are responsive and accommodating. A great place to stay.

Everything is first-rate! The landscaping is beautiful front, sides, and back. Great views of mountains and of palms on the property as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. House interior is tastefully decorated and spotless. Great communication.

The house is ideal for a getaway! Starting with off-street carport parking and a gated lot to the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful pool/spa and back yard, it has everything you need! The interior is colorful and very clean with a floor plan perfect for guest privacy with none of the bedrooms adjacent to one another. The a/c work great and the temp is set just right. Two small suggestions are that 1) each bedroom have a tv with Roku or some sort of access to streaming and 2) a couple of umbrellas and floating devices be added to the pool area. We loved it!

Another wonderful, relaxing stay! This property continues to be well maintained, quiet and the perfect getaway. Check in and check out is easy and once the gate closes you are in your own oasis. If you are looking for somewhere to get away and close out the rest of the world this will fill all of your needs! We will return!

A unique Moroccan theme property with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom, terrific pool and patio, delightful movie posters. Close to Smoke Tree shopping center.

Perfect

A perfect week's stay in Palm Springs at this house for the second time. The location, the house, the pool, all was top of the line. Everything in the house worked well and Bob is very communicative (we did not need his help with anything since everything worked as expected). We love this house and will be back again in a year.

We felt at home the instant we arrived. We have not stayed in a vaca rental that is this well equipped! Plenty of towels, kitchen items, games, candles.... I could go on. All rooms are comfortable and have great bathrooms. I brought my dog and he loved the place right away. The neighborhood. We love this neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and take a walk at night. It's magical. The houses are lit up to accentuate the architecture and grounds. Old school MCM Palm Springs.It's really nothing short of fantastic. I don't know how many times I said "oh wow!!". Bottom line, we had a fantastic 5 day stay and could have easily stayed longer. Love this place!

The property is a photographers dream.
We brought a couple of floats for the pool but there were plenty of others already there.
Covered parking, which is nice. Cute side gate.

Awesome house and location

We spent a month at this house and absolutely loved it. The history of the house is very cool, the layout is great, it was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was awesome and we loved the neighbourhood. We could have easily stayed another month!

Casual, airy atmosphere

Three adult couples from Central Oregon needed HOT SUN and we got it! Our stay was lovely. The home is relaxed, we felt very comfortable, the pool & jetted area was amazing, and the neighborhood was quiet. Thank you!!

Fabulous 60th Birthday

Thank you for a wonderful time at your incredible home. Bob was fabulous for our check-in and provided so much historical information about the home. We stayed at the house most of the time and enjoyed the outdoor space by the pool and took advantage of the spacious kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Great property, perfect location, very responsive and friendly owner and property manager, great house with unique design and layout suitable for everyone finding their own private spaces. I've rented for years and this property was the best ever for being both equipped with everything and good quality.

Wonderful house

We had the best time at Albert and Thom's. The house was spacious, the pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood was pretty and walkable. We wish we had stayed a week rather than three days.

Very Relaxing

This house is wonderful. It accommodates 3 couples very well and has everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Hope to make it back again. Bob shared all the necessary information and some very interesting facts about the property as well.

Prior to owning 3 Vacation Rentals, two in the Napa Valley and one in Palm Springs, we spent years in the hospitalty industry. We most rescently created an award winning boutique hotel in Palm Springs which we sold to create vacation rentals.

The unique experience is the " Whole House Experience" includes your own walled and gated villa which includes your private pool and spa, the ability to prepare meals and dine in rather that go out at every meal. In addition there is great value when you compare the cost of a house to that of several hotel rooms. That is the "Whole House Experience"
The pool and spa can be heated at the request of the renter. Please advise us if you wish the pool heated. The pool heat fee is $35 and is billed thru VRBO. Enjoy!
