Charming villa between sea and mountain on the French Riviera
Large charming duplex of 150 m² with panoramic mountain views located near the center of the village and all shops (5 minutes on foot). Served by a quiet, wooded path, it is part of a large family home.
The duplex welcomes you on 2 floors with on the 1st floor:
1 spacious bedroom with a double bed (140 X 190) and a single bed (90 X 190),
A large living room - dining room, sofa bed for 2 people, relaxation area and aperitif,
A large veranda with a sofa and a bar,
Library,
Separate WC,
A dressing room with washing machine and dryer,
On the second floor you will find:
A large living space with a fully equipped open kitchen and a corner lounge,
A master suite with dressing room and shower room (Italian),
A separate toilet,
A 70 m² terrace with dining table under pergola, hammock, deckchairs, jacuzzi, barbecue. Very nice view of the surrounding mountains.
Household and table linen will be provided free of charge. WIRELESS. private parking, ideal for a quiet holiday.
Access to the 700 m² flat, enclosed and shaded garden
The village of Saint Vallier is located 15 minutes from Grasse (capital of perfume) and 40 minutes from Cannes and the beaches. From the village, you are also 40 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon and the picturesque villages of the region with many departures from hiking or cycling.
